A curbside service order turned into a 1.5 hour nightmare. I will never shop here again, not even for something I can go grab myself.

The associates at this store are always willing to help and very friendly. I recently had a frustrating experience with the tool repair center (not the store's fault) and the store leadership stepped up to not only empathize but find creative solutions to the problem. In particular, Ramont at this store is amazing. If you get an opportunity to interact with Ramont or any of his associates, you will be fortunate to do so.

YOUR STORE WAS CLEAN ALTHOUGH UNDERSTAFFED

I bought a hot water heater and used Home Depot Services to install. They were on time, explained things and professional. Services was done in a timely manner.

Mr. Bryant Magee from the Hit Team assisted me in finding the ladder that I had been searching for all summer.

I went to Home Depot to get a mini fridge. The mini fridge total was 109. I went to checkout and they cashier told me 147. I told her the mini fridge was 109 on the tag and she told me that it was a different model but it wasn’t. She had me go back and take a picture and show her. She didn’t even bother to help with the issue and went to get someone else. They came and told me that they didn’t know why it was a different price and that it’s nothing they can do. I asked can she get someone to show me the right fridge and nobody came. I had to go look for someone and they till didn’t resolve the issue. It was last minute so I had to get a smaller mini fridge for a different price. Would not be back.

There needs to be more dedicated workers like Tony and Sonia they are too dedicated workers like these young people here they help me through out all my projects and help me find everything and even giving me great tips on how to finish my projects

I went to get a 5 gallon pail of paint and Lauren helped me find what I was looking for. 5 gallon usually cost $179 but she said she thought it was on clearance and she found me two pails and $16 each what a deal

I was looking to purchase a manic connection screen for the door and Diego went out of his way to assist me. He was kind and professional. Need more employees like him at the Harper Woods site

We went and visited the Harper Woods store and even though it was a holiday we were greeted with very helpful employees all throughout the store that day. Very pleasant experience.

Be aware the that price viewed on web site may not be the price you pay if you pick the product from the shelf and take it to the cashier. It cost me an additional $10.66.

I needed a power washer spray nozzle and the workers made sure I was getting what I needed. The guys in the equipment rental department were also very helpful with making sure I was buying the right adapter.

This has been my store for over 20 years. The experience with Alicia was absolutely embarrassing. The store is so convenient for me. I hate to see nasty people lose businesses because businesses are so desperate for help. Look at Eastland.

Employee Valerie made an impression of what quality service should be and she delivered.

I just brought this item this morning but once I took the product out of the box, it was already assembled, I set it up and everything worked properly. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I am happy with the item that I purchased, but I am so disappointed in the service. This location is in desperate need of help. There is no one in the store that is willing to help you with what you are looking for.

I was looking for specific Christmas Tree and had called the Harper Woods store. Alicia was very helpful, but unfortunately couldnt find what I was looking for, or so I thought. Not 5 minutes after our phone call ended, she called me back and said she had located the tree! The Manager Rachel said they would hold the tree until my husband could come to purchase it. Never have I had someone follow up with me when I was looking for an item. I cannot thank either of these ladies enough!!

Makhi had an attitude while servicing me on my returns because I didn't have my receipt, although I placed all items on my home depot credit card when he called the supervisor he also had an attitude.

Employees are helpful and knowledgeable of stock and locations by isle. Helpful with answers when needed.

Only in a pinch. Seems like no one wants to help you when you walk in. I'd rather go to a local hardware again.
