I'm a regular at this store, they always have the products I need, and it's of good quality, with the best prices compared to other home building stores etc. And, the staff is always approachable, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

It was great shopping at the Harperwoods Home Depot location. The store was very clean and organized. The cashiers were friendly and working hard. The employees were very helpful especially the flooring, painting, lighting, and gardening department. I recommend this location to all my family and friends.

Cortney in D21 and Candy in D30 were extremely polite and very helpful.

They need more people trained to serve more that one bay! I don't want to have to badger an overwhelmed employee just to ask a question about a window!! That makes them evasive and the customer uncomfortable!

Overall, a good store when it comes to finding what you’re looking for. I would suggest more checkouts for faster service once you have your products.

I had a great experience the staff were younger but professional and energetic, and all had great attitudes. I got to watch a young lady abt 4ft 7in drive a high low as if she was 7ft tall. I'm a woman too so that was cool and it made me forget my ice cream melting and my 40 minute wait. I seen the efforts and the young people trying. Great job 5/17/2021

Always a friendly, helpful shopping experience. I simply love this location.

The assistants that assisted me today was awesome, Melissa, suga plum, mark, joy and one other lady I forgot her name. Yet she was one persistently called others to get me the help I needed. All the while helping others in the area also. They saved me from having to drive 40 mins. Away to get a air compressor that was unattainable using the fork lift. And she asked if I could purchase floor model and that I did.

Always have whatever u need love it

I was in & out of the store in minutes. Zena who helped me was Top Shelf. I told her what I was looking for and she was all over it like a coat of paint and had me on my way. Thanks Zena keep up the good work

Store is filthy. Associates were not polite or even any where to be found. I was lied to about a product not being in stock because he did not want to assist with helping me out.

Great customer service and staff are very friendly

After trying to find someone to help me I still couldn't find what I needed to fix my tub handle.

Everytime I shop at this store I always come across friendly employees who are always willing to help and assist me with no problem that's why I'll always continue to shop here

I called first to inquire about rock salt. The person that answered was pleasant and informative. When I arrived at the store, the garden associate was nice and helpful. He know the pricing and he helped us load 2 bags of salt into the shopping cart. When I got ready to check out, the slaes cashier was great too. Great job all around!

Terribly unprofessional staff, not all but some. I bought a grill, picked it up, took it home, noticed damage, and returned it the next day for a full refund. Ordered another grill (same model) and requested delivery. This store delivered the exact same damaged grill I returned three days earlier!! The lady in customer service tried to argue me down until I told her that I confirmed the serial number with the driver!! I won’t go there again and the store is only a couple of miles away from my house. Unbelievable and most unfortunate.

Employees are not aware of the store nor their own departments. Not willing to help unless they know or are familiar with certain items.

I would recommend this Home Depot location as 98% of the time, you are able to locate and purchase what you are looking for. The employees are usually very polite, professional and helpful. Also, even when there's a crowd you can usually checkout fast. Even though we're still in a pandemic, they do try to keep some brand of toilet paper and/or paper towel in stock, so if you're not into brand names then you're sure to be able to get some.

Yes the store was great

The items I purchased were placed in the wrong price point. In fact, the price that the item scanned was not even posted! I was made to feel as if this was the fault of the customer since I was told that customers place items in the wrong area, yet the area appeared as though these items were ‘stocked’ by staff who didn’t pay attention to the price point. I requested that they meet in the middle as far as the price; they only offered a 10% discount, but more importantly, I was made to feel as if I was up to no good! I would love to speak with the Store Mgr of this store because customers should NOT be made to feel as though they are at fault for the mistakes of their employees. Disappointing!!

I shop at home depot regularly. I'm very satisfied with all I have purchased for years.

Employees are always kind and helpful. I especially appreciate it when I see employees being kind to each other, which I have seen in this store a few times during our recent project. We have been in this store at least a dozen times over the last few weeks and each experience has been positive.
