Store is very unorganized. In fact it’s dirty nothing is where it supposed to be absolutely no hand sanitizer or wipes to clean off the carts when you come in the door I will only ever shop there if it is a necessity

Paint department employe was very rude and was genuinely upset he had to help me. When he finally did help me he had an attitude the whole time. Next time I will be going to ANY other store to pick up paint. I would not recommend this location at all.

my salesman was friendly kind and patient.

I was very disappointed with an employee that would not take a moment to assist with reaching an item for me because she said she was off the clock. She kept walking away and didn't bother trying to find another employee to help. I was able to find a customer in the store the didn't hesitate to assist with reaching to the top of the display for the item; which I bought.

Purchased two Security Doors,I was very pleased with the prices,and the salesmen and Brandy at customer service were very professional and very knowable,made the process very easy,I would recommend Home Depot in Harper Woods to everyone.

Long lines, horrible customer service!! I will not shop at this location unless absolutely necessary!! Customer service associate Felicia is absolutely the worst ever!! I’ve never encountered someone as rude as her. I will drive well out of my way to another location before I venture to this location ever again!

Customer service was a 10! no wait in line at checkout. They had what I was looking for

HOORIBLE EXPERIENCE SHOPPING HOME DEPOT. REFRIGERATOR ORDERED END ON JUNE WAS NEVER DELIVERED AND ON AUG 8 THE DELIVERY SERVICE TOOK IT UPON ITSELF TO CANCEL ORDER WITHOUT CALLING OR GIVING REASON. IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. DELIVERY SERVICE NEITHER CALLED, NOR SHOWED UP DESPITE WAITING FROM 10 AM TO 2 PM. FOR AN ONLINE ORDER, I WAS FORCED TO GO TO STORE FOR REFUND AS THEY ONLINE FOLKS WILL ISSUE ONLY A PARTIAL REFUND-REASON-HOME DEPOT POLICY!!!!!! HOW STUPID.

Appliance Representative was very patient and helpful during this pandemic where there is a shortage on whats needed. Very friendly, and forthcoming with information that helped me decide on my purchase.

No COVID-19 precautions noted to be in use in THIS Home Depot store. Associates are unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional.

The store was neat and clean. Social distance practices are in place and being adhered to. I did need assistance, which was immediately and pleasantly given. From the moment I got out of my car and entered the store, through checkout and returning to my car, my experience was very pleasant. Kudos to Home Depot for a great, non-stressed experience, during these "trying" times.

THROUGH MR. DAVE ROSS THE COMMUNITY SERVICE MANAGER ASSISITING A VETERAN TO GET A $5100 GRANT FOR BATHROOM (WALKIN TUB) AND REMODELING WITH THE FOUDATION OUT OF ATLANTA APPROVING IT! THE VETERAN WAS 83 YEARS OLD AND COULDNT STAND IN HIS TUB ANYMORE! I AM A DISABLED VETERAN THAT ASSIST OTHER VETERANS WITH RESOURCES!

I passed by at least 20 employees on this visit. Thankfully, no one asked me for help. I left the store with the 800.00 that I went there to spend. I'm already not the fond of The Home Depot because of it's awful customer service. This one was the worst of the worst.

I like the store. It is closest to me. I shop at this HDP for more than 4 years and some emploees became friends of mine. All help me with renovation projects that I run in East Detroit. If I dpn't see something in this store I can always order to be delivered here from another store.Good job!!!

Employees are always helpful!

This store is usually well stocked and most of the employees in the store (i.e. not cashiers or returns desk) are pretty good if you can find one. Most of the cashiers (and/or the people standing near the self-checkout) and the returns desk people are horrible - they're not helpful and they prefer to spend their time chatting amongst themselves or staring at their phones.

Busy times of day lines long. Not enough cashiers

Employees are friendly and ready to help despite the mumbling that customers sometimes reproduce vocaly when explaining their needs... I always find what I need with assistance or without, and if not then simply HDP does not carry the specified product - one can't hold all the world...

This store helps me get my job done. Friendly associates and cashiers. Store is stocked. Variety of price points depending on your situation. Generally good products. Sales/deals. Clean/orderly. Short lines. It's my go-to store. Recommended.
