Clean, friendly, & helpful

During all my jobs I comie to Home Depot in Harper Woods for advise, professional assistance, tools and materials. I learned a lot during those visits, recieved idaes that I have implemented on sites and enjoyed the complimentary coffee not once. Very refreshing. Very vitalizing. Very useful. Very inspiring, Very necessary. Very close and very big. Recomend withoiut prejudice.

The store was clean, well organized and easily accessible to my home. The staff were helpful and did a good job with customer service issues. I do suggest you go in the telephone service is poor. Long ring time, impatient staff on other end. It's hard out there!

The employees at this store were a joy to work with when purchasing my new clothes washer and dryer. Daisy, the salesperson in home appliances, needs to be acknowledged for her professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy. She made the experience an easy and enjoyable one!

Due to lack of staff I initially was disatisfied with my service that I requested the MOD. Brandyn (MOD) is a Great leader! He apologized and assisted with the remaining of my shopping needs!

Outstanding helpful and user friendly service!

Sale associate (Marcy) went above and beyond to make sure that a much need item was available for pick up during a black out. I was also impressed regarding how well the plants and flowers were maintain way past the 4th of July. I was able to find what I needed to continue with my landscaping.

Store had items on hand and ordered on-line in case I couldn't pick-up at store. I had very good experience ordering on-line from Home Depot.

I found plumbing very easily

They store was well stocked and clean. Just had a lazy salesman on the workfloor

There were plenty of carts available and friendly staff. The garden area was well organized and clean.

The cashiers are rude and unprofessional. Enter at your own risk.

I experience excellent customer service every time I come into the store. They treat you like family!

I would recommend people taking another look at this location. I have received great customer service. I did not have to chase someone down to answer a question, in fact, they were everywhere. Not only that, I did not feel as if I was bothering them. They went above and beyond in assisting me in finding what I needed. If you have received bad service, I would say give them another try. It is not the same Home Depot! I will return!

Jerry knows all the departments. if you can't find something find Jerry. he knows where it is.

No one in aisles to help customers find things. I should not have to walk around any store to try to find assistance. And my visit was midday on a weekday when the store was not crazy busy.

Kevin, who helped me, seemed genuinely interested in making sure I had the right doors. The other places I called and visited were only interested in upselling me and not listening to what I wanted.

Good store, and help, selection is not as good as some ot the other home depots
