I tried to get the guys in the lumber department that cut a railing for me they told me they couldn't do it they just sat there and looked at me finally on nice gentleman by the name of Jack they called him Lumberjack came along and cut the railing for me with no question I really really appreciate the service that he provided.

I was searching for ways to update my backyard for the summer. The garden center manager was helpful with selecting plants and Larry and Chantel were helpful from the loading area with securing all my purchases safely in my vehicle.

I went in for just a small lumber purchase, and the cashier was very efficient and friendly. She offered to wrap my bundle of wood which was very helpful!

Tom and Justin were the best in gardening. Helped me figure out what I needed and loaded everything on my cart. Check out was super fast and easy. A kind employee loaded my car. Best experience ever!

The standards of this Home Depot have been rising in recent years and very notably in recent months.

This is my favorite location to shop because the employees are so helpful. There is always someone to point me in the direction of what I'm looking for.

Tim & Dom made my HD return experience one of my best. They were the most patient and kind people that I encountered at the store. They went out if their way to help me, even though I was poorly prepared and a little confused too. It is because of awesome people like you that I will continue to shop at Home Depot.

I bought a washer and dryer at this location. I have to say that Debbi was the most knowledgeable appliance person I have encountered in my quest for the new units/ She answered ALL my questions and explained EVERYTHING thoroughly! She knows her "stuff"!

At big box home improvement stores, it is invariably difficult to track down a store associate. It would be ideal if there was a kiosk (or two) where associates could be posted to answer general questions, direct customers, radio other associates, etc. However, the lady who checked me out was kind and helpful, which was refreshing!

I could not get the item I wanted because nobody was willing to pull the item from overhead inventory

They are improving their customer service! I had three employees go out of their way to help and were cheerful and seemed to like being at work! It was delightful!

We wanted to purchase 2 cupboards which were stocked on the topmost bay and were helped by Elmore who searched them out, took them down from the bay, loaded them onto our carts and, even, loaded them in the car. The cartons they were in were stored backwards, so, it made locating them even more difficult. Elmore did mention that he was going to turn the other cartons that were in his area in the store around to make it easier to locate in the future.

Being 70 years old and walking around a lot in the store I was tired. A nice young man allowed me to check out at Customer Service so I could get out without having to stand any longer. Thank You!

Was sent on a wild goose chase cause no one knew their job.

I was looking for manure and nobody seemed interested in doing the leg work to help me find it. The first person I spoke with said they would find someone to help, which did not happen. She seemed to care less to help me. The other 2 guys who assisted told me they didn't know where the manure was located, just that it was on a palette somewhere outside, maybe. They said to let them know if i couldn't find it. I had to search the outside palettes myself to find what I was looking for. I found it wrapped up in the back by the sheds. This was the absolute worst customer service ever! I find the true disservice being that they didn't bother to ask me where I found it so they could restock the empty shelf. The reason I had to go hunting for this stuff (black kow manure) is because the app said they had 124 in stock but none were available where they should be located.

Only once a while did I not find a product available. The staff there compared other Home Depot stores is much friendly although not all of them provides good customer experience.

Two associates, Trip and Robin, were very helpfull during my last trip to the Home Depot. They provided me with excellent customer service and assisted me finding the exact product that I was looking for. They were able to answer all of my questions. I can tell that they actually care about the customer experience and the reputation of the store. Thank You!!!
