Horrible customer service! Three grown men stood by watching me as a female struggle with bags of landscaping rocks. It wasn't the first time either because I have a regular shopper & have asked for help only to be ignored. The men workers are lazy! I will now just go up the street to Highland Garden Center

I had the best service from a cashier named Dawn. Talk about someone who loves their job and cares about the customer. This gal made me truly enjoy my shopping experience. In fact, she brightened up my day, by actually caring about my needs. I have not had such positive interaction with any store employee like this, since the beginning of the pandemic we find ourselves in. Great job Dawn! I sure hope she is recognized by her employer.

Horrible experience, No one friendly. The employee who helped me couldn't find washers for a garden hose. Out of deck lumbar to repair my deck. Bought a few small items, 15 minutes in line for check out.

The store was busy. It had my purchase in stock. For being a busy Friday midday, I felt the store was clean. Associates were friendly, helpful and great at advising customers of their appreciation for our patience. My cashier Dawn, was super! Was happy that I had an experienced, knowledgeable, friendly cashier to assist me - Please give Dawn a Star award!!

Everything about shopping at my favorite HOME DEPOT STORE # 3842 Highland Hts....Especially for a new Home Owner like myself and having the prIvilege of obtaining a Home Depot Credit Card!....is just one word...AWESOME!!!

Awesome employees, I got help right away. Item was in stock and was the price advertised. The employees helped get a flatbed and loaded the item. I was so impressed. I would also like to say the store was busy.

Beverly from the Pro desk is very slow, unprofessional and mean!!! She should work on her people's skills and how to communicate with customers who bring business to this store.

The employees were very professional and patient with the customers who were upset about procedures related to the covid 19 concerns. A very clean and well stocked store and the employees seem to be enjoying their job.

on the survey, I accidentally entered 'uncomfortable' due to the Covid bull honky going on. It was an accident. I was VERY COMFORTABLE shopping in Highland Heights, OH store.

Karen in customer service was so helpful, kind, and truly listened to my frustrations with the Cleveland Heights Home Depot. She went above and beyond what was needed and I am so grateful. Thank you so much, Karen and the paint department for taking care of the mistake that was made at the Cleveland Heights store. I will only be shopping at the Highland Height location from now on because of how wonderful this experience has been. Thank you to Karen and the paint department!

Workers at the front desks are helpful...hard to find help in the store area

The manager in garden was not wearing a mask. Very unhelpful. Woman with blond hair. Loaded all mulch bags myself and would not allow me to load it on a pallet In my truck: cashier could not help me and the exercise was because they jus opened. You would think Home Depot would have that down with how many stores they have opened. I never like going to a Home Depot.

Easily found what I was looking for ..... the store also had plenty of product in stock (I came in for ten bags of mulch). Employees offered assistance without having to ask. The store was clean & orderly, and the cashier, Roxann, was friendly and very helpful.

Overall this is a good store, but 2 people in leadership roles ruined my experience. The associates are usually very helpful.

We needed certain items for a home I purchased to move into. I am an RN in an ICU area of a major hospital in the area. I am currently dealing with covid-19 patients so I am very busy and really do not have time to shop for a home I purchased right before the pandemic outbreak. One item was a refrigerator and the other were door locks and handles. I was happy to see the store was clean and the employees were protected from the virus. I only wanted to go into the store for the items needed. With helpful sales people, I was able to get in and out. Debbie in the appliance department and Carl in the Millwork area were exceptional employees. Thank you.

It has been a great experience at Home Depot Store at Highland Heights.I would recommend all to visit it specially because of the overwhelming experience with their executive(they are polite,patience and helpful) and wide variety of household stuffs.I loved the plantation area and bought some stuff for keeping my family busy in this pandemic season.I hope and wish everyone to be safe and cooperate with the efforts to fight back with the current situation to become winner and help bring back the healthy American days. The store was clean and my product was easy to find. The associate. Jack and drywall and siding was also very friendly and helpful. Even checking out at self-checkout was easy.

This store is our favorite location and Valida was super. Very friendly and accommodating. Please let her manager know she was great. Also, Georgie in the paint department was sweet and endearing. She and her team should be recognised for their service too.
