The sales clerk went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was wandering around looking for an Ecobee Smart Thermostat. I asked her where they were she said down this way ma'am. The walk was pretty long & she had on a surgical shoe, I said OMG, you can just tell me. She (Dez), said no, providing good customer service is more important!! She walked me to them, explained the merchandise slip had to be given to cashier, walked me up there, got item & rang me out! The Best!

Pls. See my comments on the previous HS survey, So, while shopping I lost/misplaced my wife’s iPhone. I revisited all of my steps + no luck. Went up to find the store manager. Karin in electronics & lighting, Susan in appliances and Bruce in flooring stopped to help us out. Jim in HD assert protection stepped up, he went back to the security office & then Jim shortly returned back to us with my wife’s iPhone which had been placed on his desk. I cannot thank you all enough. I am a senior citizen & always shop at HD because your employees are so honest + helpful! This turned out to be a very special day for me ...as I was certainly going to be in the doghouse. Fortunately her iPhone was found, recovered and returned to us! Blessings HD All!

The store associate by the name of Paul, was extremely helpful, professional and courteous. He walked me through all the products that I had to purchase. He was amazing!

It is convenient and customer is good. They have improved customer service a lot but requires more. It can be done by training the employees to care for customers. Customer care should be priority because it is customers who bring business to home depot.

It pains me to visit this store. No one ever seems to be available in the area to provide assistance. Many times stock is unavailable or the stock is in such disarray you can't locate what you're looking for. I'll check online ahead of time for items I'll be purchasing. If it shows less than 5, there probably won't be any and I'll shop elsewhere. One item i wanted today showed 34 in stock online. Couldn't find any on the shelf or anyone to ask. An OUTSIDE VENDOR working nearby on the ladder/stairs offered to look for me and found only 4 boxes stuffed way in the back of the shelf that was too high and too deep for the customer to find the items. The Cleveland Heights and Euclid stores are marginally better stocked and staffed and I usually find it better to shop there even though they are farther away.

Very cluttered, many isles blocked with product on carts or in shopping carts? Many isles blocked with movable stairs and other machinery? Call fire marshall? Lack of knowledge of personal employees? Person in housewares/ janitor department could not find clear garbage bags said they do not have them? later found them on lower floor level as clear drum liners? Items in hardware either too high or too low, example utility knives on bottom floor shelf the sticker was almost on the floor, could never see the price? No one ever showed up in Electrical waited 20 minutes, will do all my business at MAR'S ELECTRIC forgive me TIME IS MONEY?

The Customer Service Team was great. Karen took care of my refund in minutes. She was very courteous and efficient . Would return and shop again

Like I said on my survey entry....I shop this Home Depot before the hardware store nearer my residence. Home Depot always has what I am shopping for or a comparable product. I always find the customer service provided to me as a constant happening!

Cashier Karen at pro desk is extremely rude EVERY SINGLE DAY !!!!!!

Absolutely dreadful experience with customer services. No one answers the phone at the store, nor at corporate offices nor at the installation services number. Leave message and phone number, no one returned the call. Could not schedule a large carpet purchase installation service. Cancelled the $1668. Purchase and would highly recommend you shop elsewhere if service, scheduling and someone answering your questions is important to you.

Associates were very helpful in the appliance and cabinet and blinds area and the Pro shop where I was shopping. They were able to direct me to the products and they were all available.

Jay a young man was very willing to help me get a grill i was wanting to buy. He stop sweeping an area he was working in. And got the people and grill for me in a short time I was expecting to be waiting a hr or so it didn't even take 10 minutes.

The store was clean and bright the employees were very helpful and fun to converse with great group of guys
