I am always happy with all of the Home Depot supplies that I get from here, I recently purchased my Cub Cadet snow blower, and used my Military discount towards the purchase. I was very happy about this, and all of the great things that Home Depot sells along with the great employees.

Great sale on GE Dishwasher

The store is conveniently located and the staff is really nice and very helpful, however it has for years been rather disorganized, cluttered and a bit dirty in my opinion.

I could go to Loews but like Home depot much better.

I asked an employee for help. He told me to wait as he had to go take care of the ladies up front. That care was to go get a cart of returned products and start putting them away. I went to find him for the help I needed and he told me "I have to do what the ladies say". And he went back to his cart and left me standing.

The best thing about this store is that the, store workers are knowledgeable and helpful. If you ask them for a specific thing often they walk with you to the aisle where the item is. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because of three things they can improve. 1) at times the aisle and bay location of an item as provided by the app is not correct 2) the main hallway is to cluttered 3) they could keep the place a bit more cleaner.

Everything I need is always in stock.

I have been searching for a certain shade of grey paint. The woman, Shevell often assists me and she is an asset to this store/business. She provides the type of customer service that you don't see very often today. She greets each customer and she listens. When she doesn't have an answer she finds someone who does. I also had a return one day and the young lady named Melanie was extremely personable and efficient.

Placed an order for new carpet in a room I was remodeling. The order was entered incorrectly which caused their install dispatcher to not schedule the install. After weeks of my materials sitting waiting to be installed, I contacted the store and the dispatcher and finally got an install date on the books. Flash forward 5 weeks later, and I've had FOUR canceled installations and newly remodeled room still without carpet. The stores response was that "it is out of their hands because installers are third party vendors"... Sorry but that excuse only goes so far. When you hand over your orders to them, they become the face of your business. It is your responsibility to have contingency plans in place when issues like this occur.

I placed a special order for (5) cordless 2" faux wood blinds. The Home Depot Representative, HOWARD was excellent.

Do not let casher Tiffany COO of the department take care of you because she knows everything (she thinks) about that department.

I am now returning for the 7th trip and have purchased over 3 lawn mowers! The last one mower was $4000 I get it home and it starts smoking the belt does after 30 minutes of use. The 1st 2 that I had purchased a week ago that I had to keep going back for or damaged broke and missing partsThe people though were wonderful with the returns. However it's almost been 2 weeks now and I need my lawn mode and it seems To not matter how much money I spend I still cannot get a lawn mower that will cut grass From this store. I really Would appreciate it if somebody could just call me back and tell me what I should do now.

Purchased Ryobi hybrid fan today and also purchased rechargeable batteries. This fan gives you the option to use electricity comes with a power cord. Batteries are sold separately.

Very impressed with Mary in the paint department she is so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.But .most importantly she is very friendly, upbeat and loves what she does

I am completely lost in Home Depot every time I walk in there. This time around, I was greeted by two people who helped me get to where I needed to be. All I had to do was make some key copies. The wait was super short and Terrance came running along and was able to help me with everything! Super awesome and always 5 stars for me!!

We went into this HomeDepot to buy keys and gardening supplies and interacted with multiple employees, all of whom spoke directly to us and went out of the way to help us.

Tyler,Joe,and Ray took great care of our drywall order when everything went sideways. They were able to step in and handle the situation to our satisfaction.

The mill work specialist is readily available and is very friendly to walk me through the process

There were sufficient items available for purchase. Shelves were stocked well and the store was neat and clean.

I have been renovating my home and have bought needed supplies at the Highland Heights store. Everyone has been very helpful from sales, delivery and customer service. The interest free promos are very helpful and pricing is equal and often better than other stores!

I went to Home Depot 10/2/21 to locate and purchase a mini-frig. As I wandered around, a young man named Maliek, asked if he could help me… He took me to the the mini- frig area. When I thought I was ready to make a purchase, he loaded the mini- frig on my cart, then chose to cash me out, even though it was passed time for him to leave for the day. During cash out process he told me about other possible products in the area that could help complete my home project. When my item had been processed, he even took it to my car. Maliek T, Assoc# MAT0GVQ I’m is an outstanding associate, who I believe should be leading other via management position. I believe that if he trains others to provide amaaazing customer that he displays, Home Depot will eliminate the competition.

Jason and Ted from the cabinets section were amazing. They helped me out pick out what fits my kitchen. On a different note, the Homedepot located at Cleveland Heights is the worst, don't go there!

The Highland Heights Home Depot never ceases to amaze me. The customer service at this store has been beyond helpful and witty. The employees seem to always love their job and offer assistance along with useful information for at home projects!!! I highly recommend this Home Depot!
