LADIES WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPED CHECKED ME OUT AT CUSTOMER SERVICES

Genaya and Nick were extremely helpful. They helped me with not only choosing the right product but also went out of their way to help resolve a billing issue I ran into. It took them 30 minutes to resolve and they didn't let go until it was resolved. This effort on their part made all the difference in my shopping at this store!!

I got my keys duplicated and it was done within seconds and was cheap

Whatever you need, they can help you with it. Ask for Lamont and Paula! They were simply the best!!!

The Holland Tunnel Store is so clean! The agents and customer service agents are so nice !! My experience shopping there is always pleasant! The stor on Route 440 is not clean at all ..and the workers are rude! I really do enjoy shopping at The Home Depot at Holland Tunnel Store! Cheers :)

The store is very close to the Holland Tunnel on my first visit and a little hard to get to, but after the first visit I found the way. The parking is all under cover and the store has everything.

The customer service was great and not rushed. Very important during this Christmas season.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this Home Depot. Tahara, an associate, greeted me as I walked in took care of my returns professionally. Any questions or concerns I had regarding the product and return of it, she answered thoroughly. On my way out with new purchase, Lakiesha cashed me out and even took her time to look up another product for me that I wanted. Unfortunately, that homedepot was out of stock. She gave me instructions on where it may be and made me feel like an important customer. One word to describe my experience, GRATIFIED.

Alex went above&beyond in explaining/educating us about paints. An assent to HD/holland tunnel location. Same with luis(paint) and esli (lumber).

I made a flooring purchase. The experience is terrible! Placed the order on 8/9. After waiting for almost two months, on 9/27 One person came, said he can not do the installation. (Super unacceptable & not professional! Why am I waiting this long for someone to tell me they can't do the work!) The flooring installation manager called me said they can't do the work, ask me to cancel and said they will tell Home Depot to cancel as well. On 10/15, I went to Holland Tunel Store, returned materials, store rep told me they will refund me, and another rep will process the refund on 10/18. 10/19 I called the other rep, she said she can't process the refund.

First time shopping there and I,m impressed, well-stocked clean, and convenient to get to.

The staff has always been very helpful - not just simply telling you where stuff is, but making valuable recommendations and advice. Even if it means spending less on something, which shows they view the customer more than some $$$.

Yesenia. The sale cashier was amazing and I was able to find the parts that I needed as well as return them easily during my shopping experience I even was assisted with great attention whenever I needed it. The store was clean and amazing and immaculate and the staff were just so helpful it was amazing. The associates were not only friendly and helpful but the sale cashier was just downright the best person in the world to have ever met. She deserves more credit than what she’s given because day in and day out does she come to work and put her heart into what she does you can tell. Maybe things in life are always great for her but at least when she comes to work she’s going to be there into work hard.

Better deal than other store, but 5 people in appliance department working , no body wanted to entertain customer.

Store is clean and associates are helpful, but as the workers even shared themselves, you're better ordering everything on-line and only using the store as a pick up spot. Lesson learned, they were completely not flexible on refunds and not open to working out the issue at all. Buy on-line, use this as a drop-off location.

Friendly, knowledgeable crew. Visit the paint store and Alex and her team will not steer you wrong. I hesitated going to the big store instead of a small paint shop but do not regret it. They work fast and know their paints. Super helpful and friendly.

This store has a much better selection than my local Home Depot. I come to store 6845 when I need special things. Alex in the paint department is a star. Can you help me select just exactly what I wanted, he even explain how his computerized paint mixing machine works. Alex helped at least three other people at the same time he was helping me. All felt valued.

just want to acknowledge one of your store employee by the name of INGRID. She was helpful and in guiding me to the product I needed and also called someone to acquire the product that I needed that were high up in boxes. She also inform me of future shipments of ice melter that are on the way for purchase.
