The level of service is great and truly appreciated.

It's very crowded compared to most places but people who work here are so professional and very helpful.

Worst customer service ever!

This location is hit or miss. The staff who know their stuff here REALLY know their stuff (I'm looking at you, cashier Lenore, and helpful long-haired paint guy with the silver 'stache). The ones who don't know, really don't, and when they're not directing me to the wrong aisle, they're dismissing my questions with the wave of a disinterested hand.

A gentleman by the name of DILSHOD was Legendary!! He provided immaculate customer service which I’ve never received at any of the Home Depot’s I’ve visited in the past. He provided first class service, He was extremely knowledgeable about his work and his department (flooring) , and he even took the time to display to me and my mother how the floors should be assembled properly if we have a contractor finish the job. DILSHOD should be managing his flooring department!! Much respect to DILSHOD!! His passion and patience truly showed how much he was genuinely eager to put the customer first!! Thank you DILSHOD!!

the window department is the worse. Ravin a sales associate liked to me about my order being ready in 10 business days which was a lie I told to my client. He played phone games with me and O had to goto the store to find out my order takes 5 weeks. ruined my business. will never shop at this place again.

Worst customer service

Had great help from sales associates and a friendly attitude which has been a great improvement over past years.

The store manager Gerry went above and beyond to help me. I purchased several LED lights for my home, but they did not have the color/size I wanted in stock. So Gerry pulled me aside and found another nearby Home Depot that had them, so later that day he PERSONALLY picked them up from the other store and drove them to my home. Truly above and beyond service.

This store is super convenient to downtown Jersey City by car, on foot or even by bicycle. They have a large parking garage so that you won't run afoul of the law, and every time I've ever come here the staff have been super helpful. If they don't have the thing you're looking for they can get it for you. Neat and tidy store, even the bathrooms are spotless. Highly reccommended.
