I just wanted to mention that I had amazing customer service from Eva in the Window Blinds department. This is my first time installing window blinds so I had a ton of questions, and she was very patient and understanding of my situation. She walked me through all of the potential options and discussed the pros and cons of each. This is a perfect example of how customer service should be done. I am very happy with the service at this location!

my rating is for the HD in downtown JC, NOT the one on RTE 440. HD downtown is EXCELLENT in every single aspect. I love shopping there and trust me I am not the type of person that has a background in home improvement. its just SO great and they are a model for what HD should be!!

The store is about 3 blocks away from the Holland Tunnel and if YOU miss the entrance to the parking lot YOU have to Drive around the store.

Associate were nice and helpful and the store was clean.

The staff at this location are friendly, knowledgable, and available. My wife and I live close to another Home Depot on 440 in Jersey City, but it's like night and day in terms of service, so we always drive to the 12th st. location.

Pro: Great staff: Rob Darth 5*, Aanish at register 5*, paint department men 5* Negative: Lack of help on the floor. If people called out then there should've been back up. I had to wait forever for help & no one ever showed up after being paged twice. An employee from another dept. just happened to walk by (Rob Darth?) & assisted me. Rob provided exceptional, superior customer service. -- Lighting needs more options for vanity, walls

just a great store to go to. all the team members are great and friendly like Marlyn, Yaritza ,Navita ,Dyamani,Tiffany and Shaina and not to forget all of those who are stocking. and will stop to help out. If any thing the hole team there is great. and I should know i have work for Hyatt for 10 years and Hilton for another 10.I have bin DOE for pass 10 years. The store was clean and the products were easy to find. Associate at indoor plant section were helpful and even the cashier Marlyn greeted and helped us with our questions regarding the pricing of items we selected by getting us assistance.

This store is huge and have different level for all your need No rush, parking available wonderful place to shop

The person who helped me Alisha is the best person/worker in this location. She is absolutely the best, knows everything and is so helpful that I can even tell you. She helped me purchase a toilet seat without her I would have not been able to do this. Thank you so much for this wonderful person in your store and because of her I would go back to this store.

SHAINA J at the contractor check out was great. she get me in and out in a jiffy w everything i needed.

I needed keys copied and battery for the car remote key to be replaced. While the gentleman named Joelle/Joel was helpful, he even replaced the battery for me after I purchased it, the Lady in front of Aisle 7, key copy machine, was unfriendly and unhelpful. Home depot needs more knowledgeable and friendly staff like Joelle , and customers will visit this HD often.

This review is solely based upon the experience we had with a cashier named Anisah during a shopping trip in the 1st week of July 2019. She truly exemplified the spirit of "customer service." I was with my 2 young daughters, and Anisah was ringing up our items during checkout. My youngest daughter asked me for a wet wipe or napkin to clean off her hands after helping me bring over some gardening items. Without blinking, Anisah picked up her own water bottle, took a paper towel from behind her station, and poured some water on the paper towel and handed it to us. She then proceeded to do the same for my other daughter. We were really touched and surprised by her excellent attitude and helpfulness. It is employees like her who can make or break a brand. Kudos to Home Depot for hiring someone like Anisah.

Never had a good experience at this store! We purchased a dishwasher a month and half ago and after so many obstacles, it’s still not installed. Will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from Home Depot ever again.

Today Tus, Jun 11 of 2019, I can have different opinion about the store than my first time, all thanks to Eric, from Delivery Dpt. Who is very professional, educated, full of knowledge, and really take his job very serious caring for the costumer, his job was upstanding even more that anybody can spect for. I wish Eric be supervisor so he can teach other how to do business, how to care for costumer, how to make experiences so pleasant that you feel great spending you money with people really take care of you. Please pay good salary to worker like Eric, so they enjoy doing their job and don't leave store. People like him make any business grow.

The homedepot that’s next to the holland tunnel is near my place of work and they are always stocked of exactly what I need and their employees are very customer friendly and will go above and beyond to help when in need I recommend this homedepot they never let me down and I shop their for my work, side jobs and hobbies and plan to keep serving and helping them as they do the same for me highly recommend this homedepot great pricing and they carry the best tools and brand names in all types of fields of the industry thank you homedepot your number one

I had to get some paint custom matched, Alex from the paint department promptly greeted us and was very diligent in making sure my paint matched the sample that I provided. I have never had such wonderful service with a person at Home Depot who genuinely wanted to help a customer. I really appreciate all the personal care that he provided me during my visit today.

Store is conveniently located by the Holland Tunnel, clean , easy to find items

Neat and well-organized, this is a smaller HD but it has most of what you'll need, it's easy to get to and there's no issues with parking. I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, which is a credit to the store manager.

The employees extremely knowledgeable and always ready to assist, even if it means taking you to the product you need.
