I went to buy some refill heads for my swifter. It was well stocked and neatly displayed. Check out was quick and easy. Mike the cashier was really polite and helpful. I definitely will be back to shop here!!!

I found out too late that it's common knowledge that ordering through the Home Depot website is a disaster! Because vital information about a required part was mentioned nowhere on the site, on the day my appliances were supposed to be delivered, the driver cancelled my entire order as I did not have the required part--which Home Depot does not carry, by the way. I ended up going into the store to resolve the issue, and thankfully received assistance from Robert Green in Appliances. He redid my order and was so patient, professional, and friendly that while I had initially decided never to shop at Home Depot again, I changed my mind and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, Robert!

On 2/21/24, Angelo approached me asking if I needed any help to which I responded by saying I was looking for quarter round and t molding for my laminate flooring. At the time, I was in the aisle looking at the aforementioned and Angelo said there were more unique to my laminate flooring. He proceeded to show me to find what I needed and even invited Kelsey to confirm what I needed for my laminate. Both picked out quarter round and T molding that matched my sample. Both were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Omar helped me find window blinds that fit my bedroom. He too was friendly, courteous and helpful. These persons are an asset to your store and makes me continue to shop here for all of my home improvement needs. Please commend them for their service. Mark Au

Liz worked with our contractor, providing him with great service and then handled the final transactions (multiple) with us, via phone, perfectly - friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

For years I have found the company culture in this Honolulu store to be excellent! I always find help when I need it, and that saves me time. Also, as a DIYer, I rely on the plumbing and electrical professionals working the isles. Mahalo!

I have shopped Home Depot for many years. I like this store and pretty much know my way around. The clerks are friendly and helpful when you need it. The cashiers are also very helpful. I have purchased Ryobi leaf blower and leaf vacuum, flooring tile, lots of gravel and sand, and the garden center is great. Parking can sometimes get tight, but don't forget there is rooftop parking with lots of open spaces. Very efficient if you're not getting lots of items.

Keith was very helpful on helping me find the right adapter and hose I needed. Went above and beyond- very nice- and knowledgeable! Keith called on Marquise who was also very helpful on locating the exact adapter I needed. Great time there!!

Great service from sales associate Cameron in the plumbing section. He’s knowledgeable on location and application. He made our shopping experience smooth and time efficient.

Mr. Robert Greene was exceptionally knowledgeable and pleasant. He patiently and effectively answered all our questions and was able to locate a refrigerator that met all our requirements and arranged for it to be delivered within a few days. He also effectively explained the warranty.

Today was an exception from previous visits about the same thing - a Rheem hybrid HWH - they don't play by HD rules (RGA I believe is that HD asks for an Rheem says to use the serial number and offers zero support on working w/HD (where I purchased)

I was looking for a replacement cartridge for my sink and the HD associate looked very disgusted when I asked him to help me find what I needed. It was not available so he was trying to sell me an item "closest" to what I had, but not at all what I needed. It would not have fit my sink handle. While the HD associate was "trying" to help me, another HD associate called out to him saying someone else needed help in another aisle. I'm not sure why that person couldn't help, but instead had to interrupt him while he was "trying" to help me. The checkout was just as bad. The cashier asked half-heartedly if I found everything I needed. I said no. She proceeded to say sorry and asked if I wanted to open up a HD credit card as she was looking around and not really paying attention to me. I usually don't feel stores feeling depressed, but this experience was one for the books.

If you’re lucky enough to find Ken K. or Denny, you are in for a treat! They’re fun, insightful, and very attentive to your needs. I wasn’t sure what toilet and other items I needed for the job and these two came by to help like they read my mind. If either of you are reading this, thank you again for your fantastic help!

I have purchased at least $300,000+ since 2004 as I am always doing renovations on my family home...It is always a pleasure doing business with Home Depot as they have stellar customer service and the employeeds and managers bend over backwards for their customers unlike another "big box" store...

I am refinishing my bathroom and kitchen and needed appliances, faucets, and shower systems. I was pleasantly surprised by the vast knowledge of the staff at this Home Depot. They were friendly and spent a lot of time helping me figure out the right products at the right price points for my needs.

We have been building a house for 4 years and have worked through Doug Ashcraft at the ProDesk. I don’t know if we could have done it without him. Doug is kind, knowledgeable and really good at his job. Remote island building is not the easiest, without Doug it was always hit or miss if things arrived on island. Using Doug has been a Godsend. He is on it whether our order is large or just a forgotten tool or part we need to finish the job. Can’t say enough good things, thank you Doug!

He was knowledgable with the fixture I was looking for and even suggested an item that I did not know exist. I just purchased a M12 fuel Hammer drill and Impact gun. Big savings and great service from Leanne. She took the time to figure out the rebate/free battery while the lines were getting long. The co-workers were picking up the slack on other registers . Great crew this night!

i just bought power tools this week a 6 set dewalt multi tool kit ,dewalt battery starter kit w/ circular saw plus 3 kits ot makita 36v circullar saw and ive got all i need and i encountered again a very good cashier that has a very good atittude/helpful Ms Maria G

I went to Home Depot on Black Friday looking for a sale item. The customer service that day was excellent. I received my items with the Black Friday prices.

See Art in Appliances, knowledgeable, efficient and enjoys his job. Also had interaction with one of his co-workers day before but I didn't get her name. She was also very helpful. Lots of times I have had sales assistants that gave the impression to me that they didn't want to be at work, these 2 individuals actually cared.
