Byron helped us all the way. I had so much question, but he was patience. and made me understand what I needed for my project.

I went to this location after 2 attempts at other locations on the island. Home Depot always has good service but this one specifically was the best thus far. I went in for a Christmas tree and they had the perfect one I wanted. Not only that but the location of where the trees were was great - shade under the parking lot and organized. Lastly the service itself was great. The employees there assisted me with every part of my experience & I was also helped by Carmen who was able to give me info and feedback on the trees which made my decision quick and easy. She was very helpful and delivered great service :)

I needed a washing machine because mine had just stopped working and it was over 10 years old. So I went to several stores in Honolulu to check on what was available. At Home Depot, the sales representative Robert Greene really spent time in looking at what I had chosen and searched availability of several washing machines and the delivery time of the different models. Finally settled on a washing machine that was in stock with delivery time of next week that really fitted my needs.

Thanks to great employees like Denny for taking the time to find - the hard to find!

I was trying to put in kitchen cabinets, Lisa Byxbee went above and beyond on several days helping me figure out what I needed despite the fact she is appointment only. Blaze is always a great help getting my stuff to the car and loaded.

This store is very accommodating because of an excellent manager like Don Johnson. He was very nice and have a very kind attitude. He greeted us with a smile and very helpful. I also want to thank Josh in the blind department. He helped us also. He went out of his way to get what we want. My husband and I are very pleased about the services with these two rendered. They should get a raise. Well deserve!

Pointed out a tool set on sale that offered more tools at a better price. Ernie save me some bucks and got me a better deal. His life would not have changed one iota if he kept his mouth shut. But now he’s gained a loyal customer.

Shy and Memo were so very helpful with my special order. I probably still would be waiting for an order that was never going to be shipped if it wasn’t for their follow through!

I visited for supplies to clean an old oil stain in my parking spot at home. I live 15 mins away via bicycle, so I rode my bike there. I was pleased to find a dedicated bike spot where I could secure mine, though it was hidden away under a stairwell. The area is also not the most safe for a bike ride, but easy enough. I was also pleased to find so many options for a cleaning solution, and even more things I plan to go back for later, such as indoor cleaners and gardening items. Lastly, my checkout was quick and the staff were helpful. My cashier, David, informed me of discounts I could use and save me money. I am grateful to him for that.

Employees/cashiers didn’t say hello or hi ! They just couldn’t wait to ring me up… it feels like I was gonna steal my items…. I’ll never come and shop at this home depo again!!!

Customer service at the paint department is horrible. I’ve never felt so unappreciated at this HD as I did the other day. Leona from the paint department was so rude and made us feel like cr*p. As a matter of fact, all the workers at the paint counter pretty much ignored us for about 5 minutes. Nobody wanted to help. All seemed more interested in straightening up the paint sticks and can openers. Horrible.

Agnes was my cashier. I want to say thank you to Agnes for a friendly, patient and quick transaction including applying for home Depot credit card. I anticipated that would take long to do but it wasn't. Agnes did it quick and I was out the door. On a side note, I left with a smile on my face due to being approved for credit and saved 50% on my purchase. Thanks to Agnes 😊

I wanted an exterior door that was up near the ceiling. Geneva and Matt got down a huge pallet of doors, then had to move about 11 doors on top of the one I wanted. They were cheerful and efficient

Came to the store and saw none in stock i saw Shantel and ask her a question. She went above and beyond and ask the manager if can buy the display item. She was very helpful and made my shopping easier. Jonathan, Andrew and Goldwyn helped me out and load the item. I appreciate the team and definitely going back to this store!

This store had the Stanley TE550Z electric stapler/nail gun that I needed & the employees especially Bryson in Mill Works Dept helped me test the gun to ensure it worked with other brand nails & staples... It worked great..!

I went in to buy a few items. I really love the experience because the house cleaning supply selection was right there as I walked in , and then I had help checking and was asked was i military etc to get discount…

I have not been to the store lately, the staff is very friendly and helpful, along with the store being well stocked

We purchased an item and went to the Honolulu Store to pick it up. Every employee that helped us (the person at the customer service center, the employees who helped us load our item to our truck, the employee who passed me by outside to ask if I needed help, and especially to Josh who is the lead of the customer service center) was extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. It’s not always that you get this kind of service, so we appreciate and thank all of you for making our experience an excellent one. Thank you Josh for all your help, you made all the difference!

Terrible customer service with marked up prices from online. The honolulu location marks up the price and will not match the online price. Only come to this store if you want zero service. The manager and staff are stupid and useless.

Ashley at Honolulu is crushing it in the customer service game! After a 60 work week; at 6am , absolutely changed my day for the better! So helpful and hilarious! Very rare this “Gem” of an employee. It’s what make this store my favorite to go to! I can get stuff cheaper online; but the employees friendliness and knowledge is irreplaceable.
