You will not find a better group of employees that are committed to helping you. I am always impressed by their interest in my needs and absolutely will not shop any place else!

This is my local and closest Home Depot and I feel lucky that in my opinion it is also one of the best in the State of Alabama. I travel a lot for work and have visited almost all of them at one point or another in the last 4 years. Friendly and knowledge staff. Clean store. Carts are alway on hand. This is my favorite location. Did I mention that already? ! This one gets my top spot with 5 stars.

The cashier Daniel was super sweet and helpful. It was so nice seeing his smile and working after his retirement

John in appliances know the product. Very friendly will definitely go to him next time I need anything.

This was the best customer experience I have ever received from Home Depot… And I’ve been to a lot of Home Depot’s. Dillon, one of the employees of the store, was incredibly helpful from start to finish… helping me find the products I was looking for quickly and efficiently. It probably took us about one minute to find what I was looking for. Thank you so much for all the help. This is my new favorite Home Depot.

This offer is great. Although the tool I needed was not included. The customer service was great and the cashier and manager were so kind knowledgeable and of course helpful with great attitudes.

The moment I walked up to the entrance an associate pulled out a cart for me. As I walked through the aisles I was greeted by every associate I encountered. I needed assistance in the paint dept and immediately was shown which products to use and instructions on how to use them. My check out was fast and easy! The cashier was awesome! Best home improvement store shopping experience ever!

I was in the Hoover, AL store yesterday. Perry helped me with an issue with an item in the tool department. He was a great help and knowledgeable about the item and resolved the issue.

floor people are put out when you ask for information or they want to argue.....make sure inventory is accurately shown on website....drove 42 miles to buy product that wasn't there.

I went to the Hoover store to purchase a pressure washer. The employees were extremely helpful. Going forward this will be the only store I shop.

The Pro-desk and Tony the "key guy" is GREAT! I really enjoyed their expertise. FYI the customer service desk has improved 110%. Thumbs up!

I always find the different items I need. The staff are always willing to help you and go beyond by walking with you to the item/s you have questions about and help you find what you need and review the item/s with you!

This store is convenient and all employees are helpful

the employees could not be found and the ones who I did after 30 plus minutes searching for help did not know what I was asking for and it took 45 minutes to finally get an associtate that helped me and I helped them (that was a risk for me!!) get it down off the high shelf with a ladder.

I had a very pleasant experience with a cashier in the nursery area. Her name is Ashley 41323. She made sure I was taking care of and what she did not know she made no hesitation to find an answer . Very pleased!!!

I buy all my material and tools from this store and I am very pleased with the customer service and the deals I get every time I use the store.

We went in on Saturday October 22nd and cashier Whitney that works at Customer Service was RUDE!! I requested a Manager and this untrained guy came up there and was just like Whitney and was very and obviously wasn’t trained in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The Lawn and Garden area cashier's name is Sheila. She has always smiled, had a positive attitude and even helps you locate items.

Everyone had a happy attitude when I went to the Hoover location. I hate to shop but they made it a great experience.
