Daniel, the cashier was eager to help. I was not able to find what I needed so he directed me to the correct area & gave me the name of the employee who could assist me.

I shop at the Hoover store almost weekly and every trip is fantastic. Paul is my main man and I always hope he's working when I enter the store

The store was neat and clean. The employees were extremely friendly. Cashier Dericka was very polite, nice and patient with me. I loved my visit and would be back.

I was looking for a rotary type lamp switch but I was only able to find a push through type. That was disappointing. I do believe the Home Depot sales person directed me to the wrong area. But, then again, why would both switches not be found in the same display?

Employees and management go above and beyond to help! The Hoover Home Depot is exceptional in service and the professionalism of employees.

My trip was fairly fast I went looking for one item left with four more. Zay was very informative and on hands with the products I needed help with. Definitely will be shopping here again.

Friendly service. Ms. Carlette was Awesome and conversational during my transaction. And Erica the manager ensured she greeted me during and after my transaction which is rare today. You never know how you impact people with just a smile.

My husband and I went to the Home Depot in Hoover to buy a Christmas tree and was completely lost as to what kind of tree we really wanted. The young lady who helped us was so great, she made our tree shopping experience so easy and fun. She was just the best. If there was a popular vote, she’d have our vote hands down. She was the complete professional... she listened, she was courteous and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We really enjoyed our experience there so much.

I've been working on a significant home project for several months. I have visited the Hoover Home Depot almost daily during that time, even while shopping Home Depot on line. I just like the interaction with the wonderful employees at this store, especially the customer service desk employees who handle my mis-purchased(my bad) returns and the on line order, pick up in store purchases. They are all outstanding.

This Home Depot has become our go-to store in the past few years. The employees have always been so helpful regardless if we are purchasing appliances or gardening supplies.

Incredibly friendly and hard working staff at the Hoover Store. My business spends $100K plus a year at Home Depot, we are in there nearly every day. The Hoover Homdepot is my go to store. Of course I know the store layout by repetitive visits. I spend quite a bit of money with Homdepot and have for many years. I especially like this store because of the employees. They are are courteous and friendly. Expecially Sammy. He is always wiiling to help and very friendly. This guy should be a manager because he is very good with people, and very knowledgeable of whats happening with store operations. Very helpful with advice if you are doing a certain project. He has saved me money more than once. Don't let this guy go.

I bought a patio heater when there were three remaining on the floor and was told it would be tagged for me and available for pickup within 7 days. The following morning I received a call stating that the item was no longer available and my money was refunded. I had gone to the store, paid for the item and it either wasn't tagged or was just sold again because it was visible. After my return phone call and 45 minutes of explaining that was not acceptable, another was found in the box, not assembled. I immediately went to the store and picked that one up even though it had to be put together. If I weren't a fighter, I would have been left without the heater, which was a gift. Two associates, Daisy and Mott, saved the day!

Staff is helpful. Daniel was super pleasant at check out!

Great place to shop. Has tons of items in-stock. Item I was looking for was exactly where the on-line info indicated it would be.

If you need help with a painting project, this is the store to go to! Behr paint is easier to apply than Sherwin Williams and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They suggested the type of finish for cabinets and a product to fight exterior mold. Fast service and friendly.

Their store is well organized and clean. I went by similar store because it was closer to me and couldn’t find most of the things I was looking for so I left. This Home Depot location was well stocked and their garden center was amazing. I was looking for a particular fern and found it within 3 minutes and checkout was very quick. My cashier, Daniel, was the icing on the cake. He was very friendly and helpful. Great experience!

Store inventory is incorrect. They are selling product they don’t have, and refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Sounds like a scam to me

This store provided excellent service to me when I purchased a Weber grill. Tamekia, my sales rep, went above and beyond to make this purchase such a pleasant experience. The store was very busy, yet she made me feel as if I was the most important customer at the time. It was such a pleasant shopping experience, thanks to Tamekia!

Great trip to the HD. I needed a bit for my TV antenna box. Keith Knew exactly what I needed and took me to the spot to get them. Everything I need to get me new antenna hooked up. Laura at the check out was super nice to help me with several HD Gift cards that had a few cents on them but I had carried around for some time and needed to get them used up before I lost them .. She was very helpful on making the disappear...

This store was by far the most professional and cleanest Home Depot I have ever visited! Service was excellent and I felt very comfortable shopping here during the Covid 19 pandemic going on! They offered masks and hand sanitizer at both entrances. I would definitely recommend others to shop at this location!
