I have been a customer a long time, and my wife who worked there... Tends to prefer this place ...but in 2 changes in management...and we keep having undeserved trouble! Here's some history. 1. Two toilets we bought, she couldn't get help losing them. She's like 100 pounds... 2. The fridge, which we did without for a long time ..lemon fridge 3. Being suspect of theft of hardware ... Value? Less than a quarter. Is that how highly we are valued? Lose us over $0.16? Apparently....

Always great service at this location.

Went into the Hoover/Riverchase store to find a light fixture for my outdated kitchen. Roy was the customer service person who greeted me with a smile and was eager to help. He happily retrieved a light fixture from the top shelf which required getting a large ladder to do so. He loves his job and people. Love this store!

I go out of my way to shop the Galleria Home Depot store. Their prices are usually better than other stores. The employees are usually very helpful and friendly.

WE HAVE SHOPPED HOME DEPOT OFTEN DURING THE PAST 10 YEARS AFTER HAVING MOVED TO HOOVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE. WE LOOK FORWARD TO OUR DELIVERY OF NEW REFROGERATOR MAY 13.

I always shop at this store when I need plants for my yard, or home repair stuff. They always have what I need!

I purchased carpet and scheduled installation through the Home Depot store in Hoover. Everything to that point was very, very good! Then the installation company, Romanoff, got involved. I’ve had very few worst experiences with any company than I had with Romanoff. I ended up canceling my order on the day it was supposed to be installed, strictly because of Romanoff!

Dillon greeted us with so much kindness and was so helpful!! Danny help us as well in the faucet department and John helps us to order a new Dishwasher!! All 3 men were extremely helpful!! The Store was super clean!!

Got good price and quality at Home Depot.

The store easily has the worst pro desk and building materials staff of any store that I have shopped anywhere in the country. I own a construction company that has a traveling component. We do a lot of projects around Birmingham Alabama... Cary North Carolina... Hanover Pennsylvania... Ocean City Maryland... And throughout the Washington DC metro area. I do business in a lot of stores and have never met a pro desk or an assistant manager that were as disrespectful and completely undevoted to customer service as the people I met in the store this morning.

Staff were so helpful and they had the quantity of the merchandise that we needed.

Frankie, Joe, Doug and Daniel are amazing. They are always very helpful and patient. I’m a frequent shopper and always try to find them to assist me .

Made a return, and had a great experience! My cashier, Valencia was friendly and helpful! Also, this store offers fluorescent bulb recycling (thank you so much!) and a Boy Scout troop has a collection box for US flags that need to be retired. Great experience shopping today!

I purchased a Long Leaf Pine Straw Roll. It was the worst pine straw I have ever purchased. The roll was riddled with a long, thin vine covered with thorns. There was at least 30' of vine in the roll. It was difficult to separate the vine from the straw without getting numerous small cuts from the thorns. Also, there were no employees stationed at the straw trailer to assist customers. After waiting several minutes and having made two trips back to the cashier asking for assistance another customer and I got our own pine straw.

The management and customer service is outstanding!

The guys at the paint desk were a great help in answering my staining questions. It really puts your mind at ease when you get your questions answered. After speaking with them, you come away with the confidence that your project will be a success. And the checkout clerk in the garden area was a joy. So pleasant to speak with. She even complimented me on my organization of the two carts and how it made it faster for her to get me checked out. Always a great experience coming to Home Depot!
