I esculated our situation to a supervisor. The driver and helper did not tell me their names or introduce themself nor was wearing name badges. The 2 man crew was quick to unload and address where I wanted my appliances. I explained that the fridge was a free installation. I just paid for the part, however I did not pay for the dishwasher to be installed. The driver told me that the paperwork said delivery only - no set up. The 2 man crew did not even unbox my items for damage assessment. They asked me to sign and they left. My 2 appliances was left in my living room unboxed and unwrapped. When I spoke with a Home Depot agent via text he told me I did not pay for delivery. I reexplained that it was free delivery on fridge -- I just paid for part. And dishwasher we did not want installed but it would of been nice to unwrap it so I could inspect for damages. I refused the 17.28 refund and asked to escalate the situation to a supervisor via Home Depot Chat, once the supervisor got on chat she was very disappointed in the way we was treated and she gave us a $400 refund. She also offered her email in case there was any damages once we unpack appliances. I bought a washer 2 weeks ago and was treated top notch. Today the fridge and dishwasher delivery was poor communication, unprofessional and the delivery driver told dispatch I refused installation. Lies! And our fridge is damaged!

We purchased a Tuff Shed (the two story barn) and Kevin made purchasing our Tuff Shed Barn so easy! He was very knowledgeable about the sheds and requirements. He guided us through the process seamlessly! Highly recommend!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Ms. Shelly and Ms. Pam to order cabinets, plumbing, and appliances for a renovation we are doing at our facility. It’s December, store crowded with seasonal items including a frightening Jack Frost when I came in the door. There are often things out of stock or overstocked. Seems like an ordering /inventory issue? We came for seeds to work in our winter garden and were told the seeds had been dumped to make room for more Christmas. In Louisiana we plant year round. Maybe manager is from up North. Taee and Stephanie were nice and as helpful as possible when I was looking for something that obviously was not where it was listed on the app (seeds) if you toss something take it off the app please. And be aware of local needs. Really love the kid craft events!

Presently installing an Generator for my home and I have been successful in both local store and on line orders.

When I was in Electrical Department Mr. Jimmy approached me to see if I needed help. Gave him the pictures what i needed and he pulled all the parts and save me about a hour of my time.

The staff at this Home Depot is always friendly and helpful. Okay I am always trying to find a strange item and every time I think they don't have it I breakdown and ask for help and there it is. And, this is important, when I do ask for help I don't feel like I'm interrupting or "bothering" the employee.

Every time I go to this store I like it even more. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

Home Depot has a better quality of merchandise than other home improvement stores I’ve visited previously. I love this store.

It’s always nice to know I’m spending my money in places that mean well! Not just for myself but for others as well! It’s always a pleasure shopping at The Home Depot.

I came in for a return initially however the ladies at the service desk was so rude. I rather just keep the stuff that I paid my hard earned money on. I went and bought a few more items I needed and Mr.Brian and Zach were ready to help load the trailer GREAT JOB BOYS!

I bought some plants and they died I went to return them and the lady’s at tge customer service desk went above and beyond to get the help I deserve as a paying customer.

I had a return and a pickup from the Houma store. The associates working the store actually approached me and asked if I needed help and of course I did need their assistance. When I reached the customer service desk the two associates Marissa were very helpful and polite. Hats off to the entire store associates

I bought the cedar spin mop and I am glad I did. It cleans well, easy to use and very good on your back. No more bending to wring the mop. Nothing else to say, but LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS MOP!

We are building a garage and this store has so many friendly workers, and the store is well stocked, we always find what we are looking for and this says a lot with times the was they are, We are very thankful

The store manager was really helpful with finding the product we needed; making sure there was items in boxes. Even though there wasn't any in boxes, we were able to buy the pre-built ones and he even gave us a discount for buying the one on the floor. He even allowed us to borrow a tape measure to see if the built item would fit in our car. Great experience!

Went to grab some bubble wrap for a quick project and went to use self checkout. Employee Dee was absolutely a pleasure! Greeted me and assisted with using my military discount. Super friendly and helpful employee! Really appreciate her assistance.
