A Great Store, Keep Up The Good Work

I have been looking for LOCTITE TITLE FOAM FOR ABOUT 3 WEEKS EVERY WHERE ELSE. On this vist the LOCTITE was right at the Cashers table. THANK YOU next time I'll go to Home Depot first. P.S. A list of NEW PEODUCTS and where they are located in the front would be helpful. Jim

Awesome associates, always clean, well stocked.

My husband and I were looking for a ceiling fan. The salesperson in that department was very helpful and informative about the fans. The salesperson who checked us out was very friendly and we didn't have to stand in a big line to wait to check out.

Honestly, my husband and I ended up at this store because when we went shopping for a refrigerator and not one of their competitor's associates approached us or even acknowledged us the whole time we were in their appliance department. This store (Home Depot) was totally different. While walking to the appliance department we were asked by numerous associates if we needed assistance? In the appliance department we were assisted by their Appliance Specialist, Sharon Pepper. She was extremely helpful in explaining the different features and answering all of our questions. We ended up buying a refrigerator with Home Depot because of her knowledge which enabled us to make an informed decision.

The Houma store usually has just what I'm looking for. Employees extremely helpful.

The store is always clean and the associates are always friendly and helpful. This trip we were looking for the Ariens zero turn mover, the one on display was out we went to customer service and Ronyneish pulled up the item and told us they had 1 in stock. She went outside with us to see if it was there but it was not she said it may be on the floor somewhere in the sore. My husband and I went through the store and located it in the back of the store still on a pallet with a mover on top in a pallet. At that time Mitchel a store associate approached us to see if we needed help, we told him that was the mover we were looking for, he said he would get the forklift and move things around so we could get a better look at it, he also took his time and answered questions we had about the mover. 2 more associates passed by and asked if we or Mitchel needed assistance, Mitchel told the 1 girl (Saleperson BXS0287) she could go and make the special service invoice for us so we could take it to the front and pay for it. The other girl assisted him with safety so he could move the mover that was in a pallet off the top of the mover we wanted that was also still in a pallet. He asked us if we wanted him to remove the pallet we told him no we would rather bring it home on the pallet since it was tied down secure on the pallet. He then loaded it on our trailer in the back loading area of the store. I know if the 4 associates would not have been as helpful as they were we would not have purchased this mover from Home Depot. My husband was going to purchase different name brand from across the street but THANKS to these 4 associates for there time and help we made the purchase from Home Depot and this was the mover he originally wanted. We would have settled for a different model and brand that was located at another home improvement store. We wanted to Thank each of these employees for their help and we did but we wanted the managers to know as well. I know to you all it is their job to do what they did for us today but with the economy the way it is today every sale is important, as is the associates that are working hard and helping the customers to make that sale. We just think they each deserve recognition since you probably get more negative feed back on employees then Positive feed back.

we went right to the appliance section and found the microwave we needed and the associate took it down from the top shelf with a lift and loaded it into our cart. tha store is always clean and the associates friendly and ask if they can help find what we are looking for.

Can not beat Home Depot's customer service!! If only all stores could be so helpful!

If you are planning a kitchen, go to Pam in the kitchen dept. at Homedepot. She really knows her stuff, and is very helpful and friendly. It makes the job go better. She can print out a picture of what your kitchen will look like when finished. All you need to do is bring in measurements. It was a great help!!!

Associates in the Houma store seem to know something about everything. They are very accommodating and make sure that all questions are answered. They apologized for minor inconveniences and made sure that all was well when my transaction was finished.
