I bought a shower and had the hardest time finding a worker to help me. I saw many workers standing around talking, but no one offered help. Even when I did get help, one of the workers were on the phone. They passed their phone to another worker and that other workers started talking on the phone. This trip ended up being 2 hrs because of the slow customers service.

I needed 1 more door knob of a particular style. There were non left on the shelves within reach. I found an employee who was able to use the ladder to retrieve a new box of the knobs I needed from higher up. Very helpful.

Audie in flooring is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely eager to help customers. He took his time explaining different options when I was making my selection and made sure the product was exactly what needed. I’m very pleased with the service.

I waited 30 minutes for help. The employee behind the paint counter told me she couldn’t lift a 5 gallon bucket of paint . She never called for help. I had to get a customer to help me and then someone from another department. It’s a zoo and they don’t have very good zoo keepers

They do not run away from you they actually help you. Seniors need help and they understand that!

The check experience at the competition has deteriorated and is now a long line, because it is only self check out with one other real person check out. Home Depot appeared to have a few more live persons checking out customers. If this continues I will always shop at Home Depot and cease shopping at the competition.

I recommend shopping at the Houma Home Depot store. It's really a good shopping experience.

The store is always clean and well stocked. Sales personnel are always very helpful and friendly. As previously stated, we appreciate the superior service provided to us this morning by design consultant Pam Halverson. She, among others, is the reason will continue to shop at Home Depot.

I have always been 100% Home Depot loyal! But this trip was HORRIBLE! I am a 4’10” female who asked for help loading a deep freezer, i was told by the guy “its not my job, im not a manager & i dont have keys” …. Honestly, idc who you are! Have human respect & help somebody if they ask or if you see them struggling! 2 associates & a guy gathering carts watched me struggle, getting this deep freezer into the back of my truck! Highly disappointed in Home Depot this trip!

On this trip to our local Home Depot we needed assistance with several questions concerning an upcoming paint project we are going to undertake at our house. We had our questions answered by several different attendants as we walked thru the store aisles. It was great to have the attendants so nearby to provide assistance.

the Staff are competent, orderly, neat and friendly. the store is neat, and clean and kept in good order. my shopping experience there is always fast and efficient, and at least reasonably pleasant.

Had to wait awhile for a sales associate, but then suddenly a sales person from another department asked if I needed help. She helped with the transaction with knowledge as if it was the department she would have been working in. I really appreciated her help and the good customer service. Thanks

I do not want to trash the whole store for the lack of customer service of a couple of people.

The delivery men were excellent and very good customer service.

Most workers at this store are very cordial and more than willing to help. I said most because I don’t meet all of them when I shop, but this store has vastly improved over the years. A long time back I really did not like shopping at this store because you couldn’t get any help. Much different now!

The store is conveniently located in a shopping area. My wife can shop in the garden section or one of the close by stores while I am getting the products that I need.

Material available and easily located. Friendly knowledgeable assistance was available. Only issue was the cashier charged my account for 7 sheets of same size plywood but I actually had 6 of same size and 1 thicker size. Even though I told her what I had. Noticed after returning home and unloaded. Not returning 12 miles and reloading. Will definitely stay in check out line and recheck receipt in future

FAIR AND GOOD SERVICE. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I BUY FOR MY HOME IMPROVEMENT AND APPLIANCE NEEDS.

This particular Houma store has always had very helpful workers available to assist with any questions I have. I did not have to walk very far to find a worker . Check out is quick at either the self check out or using the store clerks.

I am new to the area, and was locked down 3 weeks after I moved in from Covid. Having Home Depot opened helped me cope with the trauma of a move and trying to furnish my home . This store was extremely helpful in doing that with getting what I needed.

I did get assistance promptly.the store was clean staff was friendly and helpful

I was very unhappy with my trip to your store the other day. Although there may be a sign informing customers that they are required to wear face masks, there are some that don' wear them. They may wear them initially to get into the building then remove them as soon as they get inside. If they don't care if they have the virus or catch it they can at least respect everyone else that does care. These people are young and old, male and female, black and white so I am not picking on any one group. I feel that the business places should have security that is informing these people to kindly put their masks on or kindly leave the building. Any help would be appreciated for us that do care. I was very uncomfortable shopping there.
