The products were real easy to find with assistance of the employees. The Store was nice and clean and the employees sanitized it. They really are a people kind of store. They just made my day you just feel at home-thats my kind place to shop!

Home Depot Houma, LA Great customer service on previous purchases but did have to return to get my military discount taking off of a couple receipts , we had made a couple of trips in the last two weeks with different home projects , including changing a deck and a roof. All products were in stock and extras were easily return without any hassel.

Houma store #0371 We received great service from from everyone in the store , especially Jeffrey in building supplies , he is very knowledgeable and patience with his customers, they had everything we needed to change our entire roof. The products were easily accessible for our viewing and selection. Everything was ready on time for our contractor to pick up the day before ( as scheduled)

I would purchase tools, lumber, lawn & garden, household, hardware, & plumbing items for the company I formally worked for. I still buy items for my personal needs. I recognized & are recognized by some of the older associates that are very friendly & knowledgeable. I know my way around the store as it is well laid out & easy to find items. Occasionally I would help out other customers even though I don't work for Home Depot.

If you need any assistance in flooring they are awesome ! We worked with Audi. He was extremely helpful to us. We had several questions that he answered clearly so We understood the process of buying flooring. He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.

Extremely inattentive store management. It trickled down into the employees. They hang up on you when you call to ask about a product. They don’t greet you when you come in. The store is disorganized. The staff is not professional.

She went out of her way to help us with our purchase of an Amana Dryer for our elderly parents. Explained very thoroughly about the 5 year warranty we purchased for the dryer. Great employee. Make sure you bring help if buying lumber or anything heavy, no one helped me or even asked if i needed help
