I am not new to Home Depot, although I am new to their credit card. The experience with the young lady at customer service in Hudson was beyond unacceptable. I was trying to make a $3200 purchase and she combative, rude and unwilling to help. Again I'm trying to purchase something at their store. I was told that if anything that I was asking was not on the screen in front of here too bad that's the way it is. I had questions about the credit card I just got and she kept repeating that she can’t do or answer anything that is not on the screen in front of her. When I asked for her manager she said I needed to stand in the other line and wait. I asked if she could bring him to me she said she was done helping me and to step aside for people behind me. I reluctantly got out of line and called the Credit Card company, they answered my questions and conformed the store should have been able to help me. I went back to the manager’s line and he was able to help me complete this purchase also agreeing with the card company this could have been handled at the store. I am now basically just over an hour and a half on this purchase at the store where I knew exactly what I wanted and just needed to pick up. When I got out to the yard to load the garden tractor, the bag for the manuals was open and the were sitting in a bag of rain water (See Picture). The people helping me load it went to look for another set and came back empty handed. They offered to print it out of the internet if I was willing to wait. At this point I told them I just want to go home and end this experience. They apologized and left me. Why would they not offer to get me a new set of manuals (what I purchased)? I’m not sure if I need to contact Cub Cadet or what at this point?? If you are wondering why I still made this purchase its because of the time into getting the card, having over 2 hour in just travel, and it was the exact garden tractor we wanted. The only reason it was 2 stars is because someone in the sore greeted us and helped and the service manager completed my purchase.

My wife and I were in the store to make a purchase. The associate was engaging, and he helped us with that purchase. Through that conversation, we were able to get more information from him, and we were able to purchase an additional product that we believed would help us with our home.

The staff at this location are not only knowledgeable with helping me find the specific tool I needed for my project but were also pleasant on approach and happy to help. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

My outdoor cushions were outdated. I looked everywhere fir tge right size but no one had them except Home Depot. Tamika looked at the picture on my phone and walked straight to what I needed. What a great experiemce.

My husband and I just purchased a new washing machine here and received very attentive, helpful and friendly service!

I visited the Hudson Wi store on Mother's day. Everyone greeted me with a smile and an offer to help. I could not have been more pleased with the service. Kyle C went above and beyond and it was as if it was no effort for him. I am very appreciative of his customer service and professionalism that was provided.

I was impressed by the young man named Ari at checkout. He was very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see young people care about interacting with customers.

Every time I go to the Hudson store- I am so impressed with the positive attitudes and friendly demeanor of every single employee that I come across. It clearly is the result of great management.

We were assisted within minutes of arriving in the flooring area and quickly got our questions answered and our flooring picked out. Quickly taken to the front and helped us load it. Very friendly prompt service

I didn't ultimately find exactly what I was looking for, but the associates did their very best to try and find it for me

If you need color matching for a paint or have any questions at all about paint or supplies ask for KatieAnn in the paint department. She’s the best!

I went to the store with a very rough drawing of a project I was working on, and not only did everyone help me find supplies, but took me right back and cut the wood perfectly to my measurements! Such GREAT personal service!

I shop at this store every day and always have a pleasant experience when I am there. Abby that works in the MET department of Home Depot is always asking me if I need help with finding what I am looking for. Lauren in the customer service department is an asset to the company as well as Abby is.

Purchased a Bosh dishwasher and are happy happy with it. It's great

This was the third time I’ve had issues ordering products at Home Depot. Plus I was treated so poorly at each phone consultant I spoke with.

When it comes to fall lawn products, Home Depot always has what I need. I tend to procrastinate and panic. They have my back!

Bought a dishwasher with delivery, install and taking the old dishwasher. When it was delivered, said they couldn’t install. Had to contact a plumber. I don’t have this resolved yet. Store said I was unable to return an appliance.

I have had the pleasure to work with Maria in flooring, she walked me through everything that I needed to get new carpet in the house. She made sure that I got all discounts that are offered at the moment, Super Pleasant employee great job Home Depot !!!!

We purchased carpet at Home Depot and both the sales woman and the man who came to measure were extremely helpful.

Seems like Home Depot has a real problem with their rebate program. Manager walked thru the steps on how to fill it out and assured us our purchase was valid for rebate. Email we got weeks later says it isn't eligible but we can call the number listed. When you call and jump thru all the prompts the last question is "do you want to talk to a customer service representative" (a live person) when you click yes it rings once and hangs up. Ran thru this process several times. Store says they cannot help with rebates. Gives you the rebates dept. Contact info. Same as above.

The Hudson store has amazing customer service! Every employee is friendly and efficient!

Bought a Makita drill. This is the first place I found it with various options that I like.
