As I sat in the appliance/cabinet area of the store I marveled at the grand displays that show cabinets, counter tops of all kinds, the large selection of kitchen appliances. We purchased an entire kitchen set up five years ago from the Hudson Home Depot. The salesman, Jeff was wonderful as was the sales lady, Patti, today. We didnt find exactly what we were looking for but it was a good outing anyway. Thanks

Will never return to this store. Managers won’t help, customer service employees don’t know what’s going on - specifically Lindsey. Highly recommend no one goes to this Home Depot. Better off going to Woodbury or anywhere else.

Every department I use, which has pretty much been all of them, is very helpful.

Easy parking, friendly, clean store. Very easy to find what you are looking for. Great for construction people trucks can pull right up to front door and park and load.

The employees here are always extremely helpful and available. In other stores, employees hide out and are hard to find sometimes. Once I had to return something and it was fast and seamless and friendly.

Store called to say washer/dryer order got cancelled. Told me to come in and place the order again. Drove all the way to the store and then was told could not order the washer/dryer as they were out of stock. Had to have me come into the store during increased Covid pandemic vs just telling me on the phone that they could not place the order. Terrible!

We had a great experience today in shopping for and choosing a refrigerator purchase. A very pleasant employee named "Nancy" approached us asking if we needed help, though we were basically figuring things out on our own. It ended up she was very helpful and made the process smoother and more informed, also very unrushed. We were walked to the cashier counter up front with our cash payment of purchase. The employ at checkout was also very pleasant & friendly. We'd shop at this store again anytime.

Excellent, friendly employees at this Home Depot. I would recommend this Home Depot to everyone.

Patty in appliances at the Hudson location did an outstanding job for us. Being a household of 8 with no washing machine since the end of August was tough. Laundromat expense adds up quickly. We purchased a new washing machine, but delivery continued to get pushed out due to COVID, so Patty went above and beyond, finding a clearance unit we were able to physically take home. Thank you -

If I could give 0 or negative rating I would. The people working here must be rejects from menards! No willingness to help with anything and will avoid doing so a great lengths. Store not stocked and trash/debris in aisles. Go to a different store. This one is a failure.

Very courteous and friendly staff, who helped me get the products I needed and filled shelves with items that were out of stock within 15 minutes. Checkout was fast and simple.

We wanted to purchase replacement deck boards this weekend. Home Depot got our business for 4 reasons: 1. Price and quality superior to the competitors. 2. Order on line and picked up our 22 boards curbside-so convenient especially for us seniors. 3. Customer service is excellent. 4. Not requiring customers to wear masks- thank you !!

I generally do not shop at Home Depot simply because there is not one close to my home. I specifically made the choice to shop at this store because I have chosen not to support another chain based on inconsistent policies. My experience at this Home Depot was definitely worth the trip and I will be returning. As I was unfamiliar with the store layout, I was able to receive assistance from a couple of staff members. I also made use of the website on my phone and find all of my items with ease.

What could have been a bad experience was turned into an exceptional one by the manager Phil. He definitely deserves the title of manager/leader. Thank you.
