The staff is much more helpful than the competition

Consistently have experienced excellent customer service from employees who give pertinent info and many times have “have GONE THE EXTRA MILE” to clear up or expedite making a purchase, delivery or other assistance whenever needed. Their displays of personal ly caring to make your purchase go as smoothly as possible keeps me returning for large or small purchases here rather than competitors whenever I shop.

My favorite home depot. Quick in and out, helpful employees.

Great Store with super helpful employees! Its great that Home Depot has people in very department, not like some other stores that you have to wander around the entire store looking for help.

The help that Brennan gave us was second to none, help pick out the flooring up to having it loaded for us. All the employees would ask if they could help when we looked like we were lost, and most of of the time we were. When I win I’ll be back buying counter tops for our kitchen thanks again Brennan..

I was unable to find the items I needed as there was no assistance available. This is a repeat event. The employees are friendly and helpful if you can find the "Right" one. Th store is clean. It's a Hardware store. Don't over focus on "clean" . Get some expertise in there. Peggy, the cashier is a gem!

Great experience buying two carpets. First one was not quite right for the room, Took it back and it was immediately accepted, no questions asked. Ended up buying TWO carpets to fit our great room. Great service .

The store was clean, the bathrooms were very nice & clean & staff was available to help me. The shelves were stocked with what I needed.

The person in paint department was rude and unwilling to listen to my issue, and was even unwilling to view the photos I brought in to show him what the issue was. I have ben using BEHR paint for over 20 years and because of the way I was treated I will be switching to another brand. I live 55 miles away from Home Depot so my brand loyalty is strong.

Store has lots of employees willing to help and who know where items are in the store. Peggy was really helpful.

Exemplary customer service in resolving a manufacturing defect with some levelor blinds that we'd purchased. Understood the problems very quickly and resolved the issues to our satisfaction just as quickly. Great service!!

Although it's smaller than some HD stores, they always have what I need. Staff is great and always helpful. Very good service and products.

In the past I have had some minor issues here in there but overall it is always a genuinely pleasant experience with a good selection and good quality
