Every day when I go in Home Depot around 6am there is a very nice group of people who are happy and say good morning. That makes my day have a better start. No one wants to shop first thing in the morning with grumpy employees. Kia, Cajona, Henry are all consistently pleasant. They must really love to work at this store. You can tell they are not faking being nice to customers. I shop here several times a day for my construction business and every time I get excellent customer service.

Yolnika at #2564 goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer is happy. I witnessed her help another customer with a return who wasn't as pleased with their purchase but she kept a smile on her face and ensured the customer left happy. She did the same with me. Her pleasantries make the shopping visit one you want to return to.

We were shopping for a pressure washer and were helped by a very helpful and professional employee from start to finish.

I recently did some renovations to my home and needed help with navigating the project loan process in addition to using my temporary pass in the store. The customer agents (especially Nikki) was very helpful and continued to follow up till my issue was resolved. This store is now my go-to Home depot.

Although, the in-person service is great, the online ordering is a nightmare. They delivered 2 damaged extension ladders. I'm having to call multiple times to even start processing a refund. I will never use Home Depot's online ordering again.

After having had average/poor Customer Service situations at most Home Depot Stores, with untrained staff that really acts like you are bothering them if you ask for help, I was so pleased to work with an associate that went above and beyond to help me find the exact products I needed for my sordid project I’m currently working on! Sudanny, the awesome associate, truly impressed me, and made me want to continue shopping at this location versus others! Great job, Sudanny!

The store is fairly well stocked. But you are just a number. Don't expect any help.

I have to give this store only two stars because buying hardware is almost always part of my trip there. In the rest of the store, items are always placed in an orderly manner. In the hardware aisle, parts are (sometimes totally) in wrong bins or out of stock. Granted that customers are guilty of much of this (but certainly not when every piece is in the wrong place) but it seems that management doesn't want to dedicate the time and effort to organize the aisle. So the problem has built up to a disaster that could have been avoided if management realized that a regular effort is needed. Management gets an "F" on this.

This Home Depot provides exceptional customer service across the board. They are efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jonathan A. in customer service is truly exceptional!

The team here is great. Went out of their way to help me acquire an out of stock item and price matched it, even though it needed to be ordered.

Although this store did not have what I was looking for (an older out of stock item), all the salespeople that I encountered were engaging, polite, and helpful! Especially the young gentleman who went out of his way to help me! Thank you!

I brought some bricks and I love the quality

i went to the home depot to get a 4x8 panel board which is about 3/4 of my cars length but 2 employees helped me tie it to my car. they were patient and open to sugestions it was a team effort and they kept a positive attitude throughout even though it was 60 degrees out and very windy. as well as being helpful they were resourceful in coming up with ideas to make this unique situating work. i hope this review shows my appreciation for their help thank you sergio and briezeida take care

I ordered my window blind on lineand it was ready on my arrival. I was so happy I choose to purchase and pick up the line was long at check out. Customer Service staff is very friendly

After moving across the country, my first visit to this store was extremely pleasant -- the cashier (Yonika) Nikki was SO very kind and professional !!! Rarely have I experienced help and support like that in ANY store!! My experience was very positive and I recommend this store. Thank you Nikki !!! :)

For 2 months ,I had an issue with the lumber dept , asked several managers to address and correct the issue, NOTHING HAPPENED . I asked Sean , MOD of the day to correct the issue , lumber available, but not being pulled from ceiling high shelves because the shelves at customer height were removed ,,,after asking Sean ,the next day , the problem was FINALLY resolved.

Item # 175171 , 23/32 Sanded Plywood has been sitting on the top shelf, near the ceiling, I have asked twice for it to be lowered, 2 weeks later, the shelf for it remains EMPTY , while 60 sheets are available but out of reach for the customer. Horrible Customer Service

My first time visiting this store, had the best experience ever working with Destiny to order kitchen cabinets. The employees were very helpful. If you every need assistance she the best.
