Ordered a grill online, had it charged to my cc account, and then had to call repeatedly to be told that the grill was there, and it was on hold for my pickup. Unfortunately after driving a half hour to the store, then waiting in line to get into Customer Service for another half hour, was told the grill had been SOLD. The employee was very sorry, but could do nothing, not even get a similar grill held in another store another half hour away.. Was not pleased at all, and no effort to reach out and resolve the problem, nothing at all....

KeyHero leaves much to be desired. Staff not trained.

Just wish the self checkout scanner would be sanitized...so so many people touch it and it seems to never get sanitized by employees

The employees were respectful, kind, funny, and friendly. I'll definitely return and share my experience.

I brought my lamp into the Prince George's Plaza Home Depot in Hyattsville and was pleasantly surprised that the lamp could be fixed. Mario patiently fixed the lamp and I had another concern about having another light bulb replaced in my bathroom. Mario gave me the customer service number for Home Depot and he also took the time to look on the internet to suggest which companies sell another light bulb I have that's no longer stocked in-store. He gave me peace of mind about my future electrical needs.

Store manager Courtney is a true hands on manager. She cares about each and every customer, whether a contractor like myself or a home owner. I’ve seen her interact. There are so many other employees that care and excel at their job. Most of my work is in DC, but I choose to come to this store for the ease of shopping here align with the employees that make it quick and easy to shop for whatever our needs are. Thank you.

Cashier Brianna was helpful. It wasn't easy to find products and someone to help us on the floor.

The manager for the lock set section, Tolu, is phenomenal, as are the other people working with him in that section. Everyone was incredibly knowledgable and helpful and Tolu himself re-keyed a set I purchased, taking the time to explain the process to me and using it as an opportunity to train another team member. The experience really made an impression on me and I will go out of my way to visit this store again in the future due to the helpfulness of the people working there.

I go out my way to go to this store because it is organized, fully stocked and they have the best customer service of the home depot stores in the area.

Stood in a long line to return a rental for almost 30 minutes. Store associates literally sitting around talking and having fun amongst themselves. Trashy parking lot.

I had a huge order and everyone helped in locating it and loading in in the three trips I had to make. The folks at the register, at the loading dock and in the store all knew what I needed and assisted. The store was clean and well stocked. Every employee was professional, friendly and knew where items were.

Jevon in lighting helped me there, then went out of his way to find a random hardware part I needed. He looked it up and saw none were in stock here or any local HD, so ordered them for me online. I really appreciated his proactive customer service and problem solving!

This store is well stocked and organized. Every associate is friendly and helpful. When I order online my order is ready to go. The prices and specials are great. When I need help with a product or information the associates will know the answers or will go to the Store Manager and resolve my problem efficiently.

They no longer carry mini pine bark in the store and said I'd have to order it on line, have it shipped to the store, and come back to pick it up. Are they kidding?.....No!

The Hyattsville store #2564 is always bustling with customers and helpful employees regardless of whenever you visit the store. The shelves are always stocked and neat to make locating items easy, and employees will assist even when they don't normally work a particular section, to check the computer, or call another employee who may be more knowledgeable. Employees will ask if you need help even when you don't ask for it! The Cashiers are equally friendly, and ask if you found everything you came to purchase. My experience at this store is always enjoyable, never rushed.
