Often shop here. 99% of the time they have what I'm looking for and if not, like a special size water heater I wanted, they are happy to order it. Never have any issue receiving my 10% veterans discount. I always carry my ID with me for that purpose.

many items in wrong places i know costumer always mess but not re-organize after many days is not acceptable.

This store is neat and clean and organized. They follow their job rules, and they help you even if you already know what you are looking for

This store has updated the service desk and self checkout, which is awesome. But they need to expand their houseplant area and selection. Other locations have much better selection.

Consistently a mess, aggressive day-laborers all over the lot; the entry looks like a refugee camp, truly rude staff...it has been this way for years, so I doubt any amount of poor reviews will change it. It is close to my shop, so I reluctantly shop here form time to time, but only there is no other option.

Employees are extremely helpful. The store is relatively clean for a material supply store. Also, I was able to find items in this location that are not in the Cherry Hill or Bournfield rd location which are much closer then The Hyattsville store.
