THIS STORE HAS AMAZING AND KNOWLEDGABLE EMPLOYEES AT THE RETURN AND SERVICE DEPART. I AM ALWAYS VERY SATISFIED AND AND PLEASED WITH THE HELP AND SERVICE FROM THEM. I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING HELPED BY THE MANAGER THERE MULTIPLE TIMES FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. TRUCK RENTALS, RETURNS AND PURCHASES. EXCELLENT !!

BOTH EMPLOYEES ON JUNE 8, 2022 AT 11:40 AM AT THE PAINT DEPARTMENT TOOK 20 MINUTES TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR PRESENCE, AND THEN REUSED TO HELP US BY TELLING US THEY HAD NO IDEA IF IT WAS SATIN, OR EGGSHELL OR WHAT IS IT THE TYPE OF PAINT WE NEEDD.

David R was so happy to help me, it was like having my on personal concierge. I was inquiring about putting up light fixtures in my garage and he was so helpful to me. Found me all the right equipment and tools. Thank you David R.

It took 3 associates to walk me and show me what I came to get. The other 2 simply told me where to find it.

I was in search of a grille. I was in yhr plaza and decided to stop in since my closet location was searching their store for it too. Angie and James were quick to help me find the grill and some solar lighting at my home location and made the arrangements for pick up there. They were kind and helpful and eager to help even though what I needed wasn't in their store. Very pleasant experience.

Debra was great and helpful with checkout. Associates did not know where products were located and did not check with others

Have two stores to go too and always go to the Jensen Beach, FL store due to a larger choice of products. The employees seem to be nicer and more helpful. We were shopping for bathroom vanities and other items to redo our bathroom. Found everything we needed. Thanks Richie and Joan.

Horrible store full time of very uncaring associates the only reason I gave this store one star is because there was nothing lower offered

I was here today to buy paint for my nail room project. I got here this morning and it was pretty busy. I noticed a man a painter a contractor or whomever cut in front of me or bypassed me so he can get his order in. So I just walked around patiently waiting because I understand these men have job deadlines. But because that man comes there every day he thought he was entitled to skip me and Jimmy stand up for me and said the man was rude he shouldn’t have done that and that man complain to him or his manager. I want to thank Jimmy for standing up for me. Just because you go somewhere every day because you have to do your job your not entitled to skip in front of others or cut in front of others. I just want to say thank you to Jimmy for standing up for me I appreciate your voice thank you and I greatly appreciate your hard work that you have to do and the people you have to deal with every day I want to say thank you to Mr. Jimmy.

KJ WAS VERY RUDE AND CALLING CUSTOMER IDIOTS AND LAUGHING TO COWORKERS . WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS KJ SHOULDN'T BE WORKING WITH CUSTOMER WITH SUCH A POOR ATTITUDE.WILL DO MY BUSINESS AT OTHER STORE OR COMPANY

We bought a dishwasher however when it was delivered the installers could not connect due not having correct connection kit. Lillian C and David R helped me the secure the proper connection devices in a quick and professional manner. I left the store confident I had everything I needed to have the dishwasher installed properly. Kudos to both of them.

Associates go out of their way to help you find items you are shopping for.

Both Gail and Lillian were extremely helpful and effective in assisting me to choose a range that would best meet my needs and then to complete the purchase.

I primarily shop at Home Depot because of the expert knowledge of the staff. There is an person in each department that has actually done the work, I E, plumbing electrical etc. This is an absolute must when you are doing a DIY project and run into something you’re not quite sure of. You will not find this at other big box stores!

Helpful and pleasant staff

Store clerk name BARBRA was very dismissive, didn't care about customer service or me being a veteran refuse to assist knowing she could've. This review is base on my interaction with Barbra on June 07 2021 @aprox 5:07PM self checkout.

Theresa was extremely helpful, the man making keys was not at all helpful when I asked for his help, he seemed annoyed that I asked him something and just told me to buy the most expensive product, that was his words.

Thank you Matt for being so helpful on Mother's day, you made it possible for a quick run in and out using the self check-out! Have a blessed day!

Giovanni in the garden department is excellent cares about his job and his customers

The garden center was well stocked. The customer service was very efficient. The flooring I went to order was actually already in stock!!! Better experience than I expected!!!

THE PRODUCTS IN THIS STORE WERE MUCH EASIER TO FIND WITH ALL OF THE GOOD MARKINGS. THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN AS WELL.

The store is well stocked and the staff is helpful

Rick in Paint was extremely rude. Not the first time a bad experience was had at this location. Two other customers experienced and witnessed this behavior! He had no problem being nice to his lady friend waiting to chat it up in the isles.
