I had a troublesome return problem and Dominique at the returns desk went WAY above and beyond to resolve it. Good customer service is hard to come by today but when you get EXTRAORDINARY customer service it is extremely rare. Way to go Dominique.

Gail in appliance's was excellent. She was courteous, to me and my wife. Gail seemed to know what she was talking about. We came to buy, she sold us a refrigerator. Finally, this store associates are very friendly and helpful. We will be back because of Gail. Thank you Home Depot in Jensen beach.

This store has always been a pleasure since I moved here in 2003.

I find this store to be well stocked, have informed workers who seem happy to be of help to you, they take time to explain things to me. I have shopped at the Home Depot for quite some time & will continue to shop there in the future.

Clean, friendly, fast service

This store was: easy to find,easy to park and easy to shop. Obviously clean and well organised. This store has helpful and courteous employees...on the merchandise floor until I passed through the cash register line. An all around delightful experience.

I found the item I was looking for, and checkout was quick and efficient.

The store was well arranged with easy to identify signs for each department. Items were neat and well stocked. Customer service was excellent, friendly and informative. No long lines at register. Couldn't have been better. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a great experience at the Jensen Home Depot. We obtained a Home Depot credit card, increased our limits to purchase the floors we wanted, purchased a washer/dryer, and got the best card benefits available. We had one minor setback but Fitzroy (sorry if spelled wrong) went out of their way to correct the problem and make sure our order was right and at the correct price. Truly above and beyond. Everybody was extremely helpful even though some of them (I think Susan) were technically specialists in other departments.
