I love Hope Depot! - (regarding their TV Ad) I wish they would play that catchy background music longer). In the near future I intend on remodeling my kitchen. Also, I need a new washer & dryer soon, so I’ll be watching the ads! A satisfied customer.

My husband and me loves to go HomeDepot because you can find everything to improve and repair in/outside house and good prices.

Last week I purchased 1,150 pavers (almost two pallets) from the Outdoor Garden Department. We were unable to load them as complete pallets because my trailer had a tailgate. Without hesitation Syeed and Dave helped me hand stack the entire purchase. Without their help I would probably still be loading it myself. I can't thank them enough. Their assistance made for a very pleasurable shopping experience.

Susie assisted me with excellent customer service to help me select my flooring and helped with getting me a credit card to help with my budget. She was a delight to work with and took all the time I needed with her. Very patient and helpful!

There are some store employees who and do go out of their way to assist you in every way they can, and then there are those who don't seem to care if you are shopping there or not. I have looked for floor sales help many times and the only place that I can find someone who knows is in the paint department or by the tool display. Usually sales help in other departments is non existent which is really a shame.

This store does have the best paint out there BEHR paint it cover in one coat most of the time unless you have some bright dark color then you would need the better BEHR paint to cover that. But it is the only paint I use in my home. The people are very nice at the paint area

Friendly staff, who stopped to pet my Golden retriever George, and helped me find what I needed. I enjoy going there, and being able to bring my dog.

Store employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. We are especially pleased with our laminate flooring purchase, where we were assisted by a great employee named Linda.

Linda in Blinds was excellent in helping us pick out our window treatment. She was thorough and conscious in taking advantage of the sale price for all our windows. We appreciate her promptness and accuracy in placing our order. We had to special order and look forward to receiving our products!

Rick from flooring department , was excellent customer service employee and helped me with decisions about my choices for paint. Not even his department...but he was able to answer my questions and get the paint I wanted. Great employee!!!

Lackluster customer service, no employees to help you, overpriced. Would not recommend.

Two employees that were placed in customer service positions embarrassed me and made me feel uncomfortable when they told me that I could not return a product that did not work for me. They set their own policy (against store policy) and told me they would not take my product back even though I had a receipt. They told me "take it back to the store I bought it at". I was in the area of this store and was there to purchase something else and wanted to complete both transactions at the same time. I had to call for the store manager that did complete the transaction as the two others stood silently as if there was nothing wrong. They definitely need more training before being put up in charge of customers at the service counter.
