Everyone is SO nice and accommodating. I have never been treated so nicely at a Home Depot.

Some employees went out of their way to help, others are just putting in their time. Very hard to find someone to help you.

Lowe’s offers a discount to all honorably discharged Veterans. Home Depot only offers to retired and active duty. As long as you were honorably are discharged and put your life on the line, why does Home Depot not recognize the sacrifices we all made ? My loyalty goes to the company that wants my business.

The store was clean but couldn't find anyone to help us load and unload bags of stone.

Worse place to shop if you need any assistance, good luck finding someone willing to belp, a bunch of slackers.

Thank you for JB Home Depot for always being so kind and friendly! I have never been so pleased to always find someone to help me when needed. The cashiers are always courteous at check-out which is a pleasant surprise for a chain store and make for a great shopping experience. Keep it up, this is what we need in 2020!

The employees are always willing to help and can always be found in every area of the store. I love that the plants are always healthy and are reasonably priced. This store is following the new safety guidelines without being overbearing, which is nice.

The Jensen Beach Home Depot is always clean and the staff is always helpful and professional. I visit there weekly.

Normally I am very happy with this store but this last visit was a bit frustrating and the employees I had contact with today with were very rude and not very helpful. All I wanted was some help with ordering mulch. I am handicapped and usually your employees are very helpful and kind. I thought because of TV advertising delivery was free on million of items, but apparently not your mulch. After all the frustration of walking miles because of miss-direction and dealing with grumpy emloyees, I was told there was a $79.00 deliver fee so it became a bad shopping day!

Cashier was nasty and should not be working directly with the public. Threw the bags at me to bag myself without saying anything or thank you. I will shop at Lowes next time.

Good store to visit for home improvement needs, have consistently used this location. Good parking and easy to access.

I had an outstanding experience with Donna who works at the Pro Desk and helped my sister and me with a new refrigerator. She gave us extraordinary personal attention and service after the wrong ice maker was included in the delivery. She reordered the correct model, refunded my original purchase and called me several times to let us know when the installation was scheduled; and after it was done, if we were happy with the corrected delivery. She streamlined the whole experience so I didn't have to come back to the store and wait in lines, etc. I highly recommend Donna and her outstanding commitment to service for the Home Depot at Jensen Beach. NF

this is the worst home Depot I've ever gone to the customer service was less than satisfactory. I hope somebody travels to a a different home Depot to go to on the treasure coast because this has to be the worst one I have ever been to. I will definitely not be coming back to this one. if you need help or assistance this is definitely not the home Depot for you. I'm a frequent shopper of home Depot even have the home Depot credit card always do a lot of home repairs and it's usually my go-to spot for any sort of household needs. Thank you for nothing but a back ache Home Depot.

Hard to believe this is an H D location. The attitude of this stores employees is nothing like the other four locations I regularly shop at. Clone the staff at store 6934 and send them there.
