I call HD my store and I pay a little more but the quality is there but not always the product and some of the floor people walk around like zombies and others are always asking can i help except those helping other cuatomers.

My wife and i bought a refridgerator that happened to be on sale for a great price.Just what we were looking for.The person that helped us was really friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable.

Flooring wasnt on shelf. 3 calls over the intercom did nothing to bring a employee to help. I took the portable stairs and found the pallet of flooring and finally a employee stopped to help. Bopught pallet full. He brought to the front but couldn't get outside because the BIG DOORS on the contractor side were locked and the lady manager took 30 minutes to finally bring the keys. She acted as if it was the customers fault for messing up her day.

PURCHASED WASHER WITH INSTALL. THERE WAS NO INSTALL THE MEN HAD NO TOOLS AND PRETENDED TO BE LEVELING WITH A PAIR OF PLIERS. WHEN ASKED THEY CONFESSED THAT THEY DID NOT LEVEL CAUSE THEY HAD NO TOOLS. TOLD ME TO STICK A BOARD UNDER THE NEW WASHER TO LEVEL IT. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HOME DEPOT MADE IT RIGHT.

Seems like Home Depot has hired more staff, I didn't have to hunt for an associate to help with my shopping list.

Once again, I purchase something and the price charged didn't match the price on the placard. I bought 3 cuft bag of peat moss. It was marked at $10.99. I was charged $18.97

I am constantly amazed at the diligence and professionalism of Home Depot rank and file. Hopefully this will be the year to reverse the trend of undersupplying employees to maximize profits.

My husband loves Ryobi products and I was able to get a great deal on a battery powered multifunction tool as well as a 10 ga Nailer. The products were right up front and easy to find.

I needed a new piece of apex water line as well as the shut off valve for under the bathroom sink. I got all the help I needed and even then the employee took me to the floor transition piece that I also needed. It was a great shopping trip and I can always find help at the Home Depot.

I am beginning to Remodel and Contract for residential properties and found that the Flooring Department Sales Person in the Jonesboro, AR store very helpful and interested in obtaining my business. Her attitude toward being helpful made my transactions much easier than if working with someone less invigoration!

The store is always so well organized and the workers keep busy and always willing and ready to help the costumers.

I feel that store credit should be able to be used online since that's apparently the only way I'm going to get the product I need.

Went to Home Depot in Jonesboro AR and found a great price on a side by side refrigerator. The store was well stocked and the sales person was very helpful.

I went to buy a simple $10.00 door knob. I couldn't see the one I wanted. Asking for help, calling customer service and waiting for 2 minutes for someone to answer. Which they didn't. After 30 minutes of standing there waiting for some help. I had to settle for a door knob that was twice as much as I could afford.

We look for Kathleen every time we shop at Home Depot. She is so nice and does her best to help us if we need anything we can't locate

I’ve been shopping with Home Depot for a good amount of time and I gotta say. Good job Home Depot! You make my project go as smooth as they can and I’m greatfull for that.

Everytime I go to this location it’s BAD service. Everyone is walking around doing NOTHING and when asked to they try to put it off on someone else! Will never shop here again!

Chelsea, Hailey, Ms. Kathleen, and Ms. Amber are GRRRRRRRRRREAT!!! Those ladies make sure I'm taken care of every visit. They greet me with a smile and see to it that I'm assisted immediately. I love those ladies and they are the reason I come in 3-5 days a week.

Bought a wood splitter, no help loading, nobody had a wrench to remove safety bolt from hitch. Very slow and unorganized. Won’t be going back.
