Was not able to get waited on after a hour I just left

Clean and neat store. Great experience and customer service.

I would typically recommend this store but on my last visit I was very disappointed. The employees did not help or offer to help. We requested twice for assistance to have wood blinds but to size and no one ever came.

Some of their employees need to learn to listen and what putting the customer first means.

Employees were very courteous, items I needed were easy to find. Store was well stocked and bathrooms were very clean. This is something that a lot of people don’t think about, but this says a lot about store and it’s employees.

Anytime I need help at Home Depot there is someone close by to ask. They are very helpful and very friendly. Good customer service is so important and they have that here. I have always been able to find what I am looking for in this store.

I have needed assistance with products in the past. The managers and sales representatives at Home Depot are very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a specific problem in the past and Sissy (a store manager) went above and beyond the call of duty to address the problem.

This Home Depot is a good place to shop.
