Definitely my go to store! Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to navigate thru the store. Never have had issues at this store.

Everyone at out Home Depot is very friendly and helpful. The store is pleasantly decorated and clean.

Very helpful employees. I bought 10 boxes of a marked down vinyl. Because of their helpfulness, I will buy 80 more boxes to do my whole house (over $5,000). They helped me very well with a small purchase so I will make sure I make my bigger purchase there also.

Excellent products and convenient location. Knowledgeable, friendly & helpful staff. Unfortunately though, often times there is never enough staff on hand when you need help. Always seem to have store under staffed. Also, no appliances on hand for pick up. I buy several ovens, refrigerators, washers & dryers over course of each year, but never from Home Depot.

I was recently in this store and I was looking for a cabinet and the cashier Jordon helped me find the aisle and she was nice and helpful when she checked me out.

The people at front desk were helpful and friendly computers were down so we had a wait but they got us taken Care of as soon as they could. Other workers (maybe new )were standing around not really doing anything while checkers were working hard to do work the guy in the doors department was helpful and friendly also

This is a great store. When you add the staff in to the equation - there's no comparison to shopping at the other stores. Home Depot of Jonesboro is not only my local store - its MY Store - by choice. Thanks Again Home Depot - Jonesboro. So glad to call this my favorite store

The ONLY issue I have with this particular store is the lack of employees scheduled on the weekends. No managers could be found but the few employees that were there were very helpful considering they were short handed.

If you are looking for something in hardware, ask for Mark. He is the best!
