Very informative staff and helped me find all my appliances and made sure they were in stock so that I could quickly get the items I was needing.

I entered the store yesterday to set up an order for delivery I had placed online. The paper I handed the lady stated confusion as what I thought was an order was not in their computer so they had to find what I was wanted and basically start over. A few employees put their heads together and figured out all out and I let the store with a delivery date and a bit of debt to Home Depot but worth 24 months of no interest.

The Lady in costumer service name was Jackie I can't say enough about her she was so helpful

Helpful, loaded door into truck as if it were there door which is what I expect. Taking great care if your purchase.

To the ladies in the tool department- Lisa and her female coworker- you guys are a great help and very knowledgeable. You guys rock!

need to update military discount system to be user friendly for elderly people without smart phones

Everyone was very friendly store was clean stocked nicely like to give a shout out to Narcy this is the second major appliance I have bought from her. My opinion is customer service should be the number one objective for any retail store and Narcy fits that description And got my business again. I came back to Home Depot when I needed a second appliance. Could have gone elsewhere but knew my experience would be a positive one and again I was not disappointed!!!!

I do not get off work until 8:30 pm and this store closes at 9 pm. I usually arrive around 8:53 pm. They let me buy my stuff without complaining even though it is so near closing time.

OSB was $40.35 per sheet online. The store would not honor online pricing and they wouldn't honor my military discount. They only marked it down to $41 per sheet. I was not allowed to speak with the manager.

The pro service desk is absolutely amazing with helping from ordering to making sure you receive the discounts you qualify for. Shout out to Cindy and her team.

If you are ever in the Kannapolis, NC area and decide to stop by Home Depot, do yourself a favor and ask for Bob, Stephanie and/or Lesley. Great customer service with patience of steel!

Home Depot in Kannapolis NC is one of the few stores we will visit during Covid. They offer sanitizer cloths and hand sanitizer at the entrance and exit, it is clean, well-managed, and they have the nicest, most helpful employees. Much appreciated during these crazy times!

Everything is exactly where it is easy to find and the service was timely along with the check out counter. The Associates were very friendly and helpful.

I believe his name The Sales Associate's name is Malcom. He saw me attempting to put a bathroom vanity set into my shopping cart. He ran down the isle saying "Ma am, don't you do that, not with that baby in your shopping cart." I explained to him I am a single Mom, and I am used of not having help. I felt a warmness when he said, "well here at The Home Depot you are family, you don't have to ask for help."

the store is clean and salespersons are help, they're delivery service leave more than a lot to be desired. I actually cancelled my order and ask for a refund due to the inconsideration and incompetence of the delivery service , I will probably shop there again but will only buy small items , never anything that has to be delivered. That is a shame cause I've always bought my appliances there

Every time I visit this store I am amazed at the kindness of the sales staff. Always eager to say hello and how can I help you. They are knowledgeable and I feel confident when I ask for advice about a project or purchase. I rarely have to go searching for help which is a huge time saver. I always feel welcome and it's so good to see a friendly smile.

Best place to shop for all your home improvement needs. I have had Home Depot store products I have used in 3 states (VA, NY, NC) and always had everything I needed. from Flooring to Kitchen appliances and tools.

We were shopping for a new water heater to be installed by ourselves and the customer service representative, John, was very helpful with finding all of the necessary parts we needed to install the water heater. He was also very informative on the process of installation and even gave handy tips that made things go very smoothly. John was very knowledgeable and even helped us pick out the best water heater for our project.

There were plenty employees around to help and answer questions

I bought an item online but wanted to return it at the store. The cashier at the return counter was exceptionally professional, efficient and pleasant. The transaction was completed with no issues. I was very pleased.

The managers and staff are the best! They are ALWAYS going above and beyond to assist! Their service is unmatched!

Jackie and Meagan in flooring are the reason for this 5 star review. They refunded my previous purchases. They signed me up for a Home Depot credit card, called the card services to have my limit increased, and saved me 5% on my flooring project. Then they offered to deliver my flooring materials so that I would not have to drive all over Charlotte picking up the flooring. That is how they saved me time! I had been to two previous Home Depots today and no one else offered these services to me. I will forever be a Home Depot Kannapolis customer based on Jackie and Meagan's first class customer service! They are assets to your company; please reward them for their genuine care and concern for the customer.

Great shopping experience for a refrigerator. Melitta was amazing and I will shop here again!
