I have three other options for home improvement stores. I find that this home Depot is all around the best option. I know their produces are of high quality and the service is wonderful.

I called from Seattle to purchase a dryer for my house In Concord and Melita or (Melissa) in appliances was the person who took care of my need, she was very helpful , polite and easy to communicate with. She made this whole process very easy and fast for me.

This is a great home improvement store. Friendly and knowledgeable help every visit. They will always help you find what your looking for! Thanks Home Depot!

the store had a clean look the isles weren't a mess the store looked great

We have had bad experiences at this Home Depot in the past. We could never get anyone to help us, even when making purchases over $500. It has gotten alot better now.

I was pleased by the warmth of the staff at this store. I have been several times over the past several weeks and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Liked the smiles and the apparent willingness to assist.

The employees there are real nice made me and my wife feel like we were the only person there treat us great help in our discussion on which one we needed washer and dryer that was best fit for our family. Great sales person awsome ( melita )

The store is right off the interstate, clean, and the cashiers are very sweet. Lumbar selection is better than Lowe’s. Definitely recommend!

The store is always clean and easy to maneuver. On this particular shopping experience I had the pleasure of dealing with two outstanding individuals (Brandi & Mike). Brandi worked the customer service desk and Mike was in hardware. Both are fantastic at customer service and my business will be going to Home Depot for future purchases. I never felt like I was just a number here. I was helped from the moment Brandi said next in line to the end when Mike ran around like crazy getting the information I needed for my trailer I purchased. Store #3607 has my business going forward!

I love shopping at this store i have very bad hearing and use hearing aids and i am always helped when i need it and every one at this store always makes sure i under stand what they say no other store gives me that help . THANK YOU HOME DEPOT STORE #3607

Store was well organized and clean. The cashier Kelley was very nice and polite. Had what I was looking for in and out fast.

Store #3607 is a grate place to shop i drive by other home improvement stores to shop Home Depot . I am in this store about 3 to 4 times a week and always get what i need .

We frequently visit the garden shop as my retired husband loves to have the first tomatoes and seasonal flowers year round. Employee OLIVIA knows us and keeps an eye out when my 81 year old gardner is there. She encourages him to let one of the guys help him load the soil and mulch. He often loses his balance and falls easily. Old war injuries do not stop him! We so appreciate our friends in the Garden Shop!

Always a great store to shop at.

The store was clean and easy find to find where the products are supposed to be. Although, I did not need assistance, there definitely wasnt anyone offer to help me either. The quality of white pine boards was horrible and they were crooked, not to mention 2ft shorter than what I had been getting. I would not have gotten them if there had been a sign on the shelf somewhere stating they were only 10 ft.
