It was so easy to find the toilet replacement kit and get assistance in finding the right shut off valve for the bathroom. Home Depot's staff were so helpful I will definitely shop there again. The store was clean and neat during this time of COVID that I mostly felt comfortable. That you Home Depot!

Shop at Home Deport for various household needs. Always get assistance when needed. Order online also. Very well organized.

In and out of the store in 10 minutes for a $3.5K flooring purchase. The material was wrapped and ready on pallets the next morning just as I requested. Really great experience because of employees like Dixon and Selana.

Employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with our shopping experience. Prices didn’t give me sticker shock either.

The employees are courteous and kind. They make sure you find the items you are looking for and if needed advice. I appreciate their service. The cashier is also need recognition for their friendliness.

All the employees were very helpful during our shopping experience, but they needed to work on stocking and organizing/cleaning the shelves.

Store is always clean, emplyees are always helpful. But sometimes it's hard to locate items or they're not in stock.

Much better prices and better selection than Lowe’s. Hands down better customer service as well. I will be giving them all my business from now on.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, a very cleanly safe and lighted environment. All the items neatly stored and labeled properly.

Store doesn't enforce mask mandate and employees don't wear masks while working. There are too many other safe options for Home Depot products.

Don't go there looking for a lumber cart to load your material because they are all loaded and setting in the isle. Also you better bring a helper because you can not get anyone to help you load.

Not safe to shop this store. They do not enforce the mask mandate. On my recent visit at least 30% of customers did nor have masks or had the masks pulled down. The employees I saw interacting with those customers did even attempt to get the people to comply.

Poor customer service. No associates available in the early evening to answer a simple plumbing questions. Very frustrating!

Please train your employees better on customer service and manners. That if someone is reading a display, to purchase items off the display, to not take off the info they are reading while reading. Asked to speak to a manager and was refused and said I could speak to a cashier.

Every employee was wearing a mask properly. They always have what I need. They have hand sanitizer available to be used. They really care about their customers.

In view of the spike in COVID 19 cases in the area, I was disappointed to see only two (2) employees wearing masks - inside the store. However, my garden center cashier did wear a mask. Pretty strange!
