Previous Home Depot employee here. The checkout at this store is atrocious.

Check out was a nightmare but Kenny in customer service saved the day. I wish everyone could be has helpful and attentive as Kenny. Thank goodness for a customer service member who provides exceptional customer service!

The staff are uneducated in the price match policy that is clearly stated on the Home Depot website. They lack compassion and common courtesy.

Anytime I go to Home Depot everyone I encounter is always interested immediately in helping me find what I am looking for quickly and help save time. My last visit several people in different departments were asking how they could help.

With the exception of about four employees the staff at this store are terrible.

I love the Home Depot! Angie at customer service was awesome and really helped me. A African American guy was awesome as well when he approached me and help me fine electronics. Cashiers seemed to be standing around talking more than helping people. Two lanes open and six employees standing around talking at high volumes.

Employees are helpful in locating the items that I could not find. Cutting small lumber to the size I needed was taken care of right away.

There are never any shopping carts available at the garden department entrance. You have to use the main entrance to grab a shopping cart. This is not very handy, especially if you are in a hurry. Also there are not enough employees in the dept. to assist in reaching items.

Easiest purchase of refrigerator I ever experienced over the phone. Nelson was very professional and polite. Had to call back a couple of times and he was always extremely helpful. Never got frustrated with me.

Items I brought to the register had no price or bar code to scan. This stopped the checkout process. very frustrating. Not the cashier's fault.

I wanted to say that my local Home Depot store in Key West, Fl is always on point. This location always has what I need.

Home Depot is taken away their military discount and turned it into some virtual id. So you can't offer a discount unless I sign up for something that I have no reason to sign up for. Offer a military discount or you don't and based on what I was just told today you don't offer a military discount unless I register for whatever fake services you're now offering. Thanks for showing your true colors home depot, I won't be shopping here anymore.

Bought a full price item. Not discounted in any way. Not on special, clearance, sale etc. rang up as non discountable item. Cashier of course was no help. Didn’t have a clue how to use the Home Depot app. To apply the discount to begin with. Veteran’s stay away.

Went in to get a few Halloween items and got to check out and Miralove was so sweet she made sure we had everything we needed and greeted our little one! We will definitely be back thank you so much for having workers who enjoy their jobs!

My sales - cashier - Camilla, walked me through the store, got everything on my list quickly, was very knowledgeable, and saved me a lot of time, including suggesting the best products. Best HD person I've worked with.

Shopping on a Sunday afternoon, during Memorial Day weekend couldve been a daunting experience, tho i had quite the opposite. A friendly accessible gentleman staff helped get down a sink top from a high shelf. I found all items that i went in for. Then, cashier Francheska was professional and swift on checking me out. The experience was seamless & gratifying.

Do NOT get an install from here! I ordered my flooring and was told that about 2 weeks after the order was placed my flooring would be installed. We waited 1 week for the flooring to arrive and called the installers and they have nobody to do an install in Key West. They finally said they want to schedule several installs at the same time and that they can get me in 4 WEEKS from now. The installers are coming from Miami and they dont have anyone locally to get the job done. If I had known this I would NEVER have ordered from here. So here I sit for another 4 weeks with no bathroom (after 6 weeks already getting everything cleaned up from a leak). And this is the 2nd time we had issues. The 1st was waiting for 3 weeks for the dishwasher and then the company coming from Miami and refusing to do the install so we had to do it ourselves. DO NOT GET AN INSTALL FROM HOME DEPOT FOR ANYTHING !!!!
