Very helpful associates in store, very friendly group. Flooring associate helped with trim and other required items I needed to make my new flooring even better.

Went if for two items, left with five after Diane ask if i need other items that would be used for my project. I needed them but didn't think about them. Saved me a return trip.

Store is very neat. Most associates are willing to help. The young lady(Della) at self checkout is very helpful.

The employees you have at this store are great. They find, explain, teach when necessary. While I didn’t work with Mr. Mike (tools) this visit, he has been my biggest helper over a number of years. Also: Thanks for getting the store back up & running so quickly after Hurricane Irma !! Of course it was a Godsend. !!

Love the staff at home depot key west. Samantha the cashier is the best! So pleasant and efficient. She even took time to greet and pet my dog!

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The staff I have encountered are especially thoughtful and professional. Special thanks to Jim in the garden department, Tyler on the cash register, and the young man in the parking lot on a recent visit. On other occasions I have been assisted by skilled customer service representative, and by Matt, in the appliance department, who is really great when you need something done and done right. Matt has a great personality- is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and follows through.

Great Store Great People Great Job All Around Everybody Very Helpful

The store is always clean and well stocked. When we have difficulty finding a product the staff are nearby and knowledgeable on where the product is located.

This was only the second time I was in this store and will not return. The cashier was especially rude. She never said one word to us but had no problem talking to fellow employees. When we approached the register there were several cashiers near the self checkout section having a great discussion. The cashier that finally assisted us seemed to be unhappy that we interrupted her fun times. In two visits we were never able to solicit assistance in the appliance section or the kitchen remodel section. We did go to the Depot in Marathon and found the employees there very polite and helped us order our new washer and dryer and answer questions about replacing our kitchen cabinets. I personally would not go to any HD due to the rudeness of the employees at this one, but the choices here are limited.

Store employees could be more helpful and less time visiting with each other.
