Home Depot needs to move away from collection our military's personal information. In this age of digital theft, requiring this country's military and retirees to "share" their personal information, digitally, before Home Depot will "appreciate" their service is totally unacceptable.

I go to this HD because it is so close, but the customer service people are super rude for the most part. Additionally most of the employees do not know squat about the products or how to do anything.

Love how the appliance customer service employee treated us with respect and listening to our thoughts and working with getting us our product.

I had one of the best shopping experiences at Home Depot Associates; Laura, Pamela, Trey, Paola, And Isaiah went above and beyond all of my expectations. I felt like a well respected and valued Customer. Awesome Employees they should be recognized for their hard work and thoughtfulness. Thankyou And God bless you all.

What a mess of a store! There is stuff/junk everywhere in the aisles. It looks like they're in a constant state of reorganization and just failing.

The folks are very friendly and assist you with your purchase without hesitation.

This store carries many different products and services. I always enjoy my shopping experience in this store and see the smiling faces and positive characters that are employed in this store. Always enjoy Customer Service, Aisle 12 Helper and the Rental Department's staff. Always neat, locked up, clean and organized. Great job!!!

This store is quite good in general but sometimes a bit lacking in what I am looking for even when in season. I would always check here first for stock as it is quite convenient for me.

We like this store so much better then the one just down the road from us. Very organized

Went to store with a list of items needed and was only able to procure half the items due to on-hand discrepancies. Several products in outdoor garden did not have pricing and several of us customers could not find where the product should be stocked on shelves. Spent 10 minutes trying to find associate in aisles before giving up. The items I did locate I was pleased with. Did locate an associate in another part of the store who checked on hands for some of the items needed but not on shelf and was told there must be on-hand errors.

Requirement of military to disclose personal information shows that home depot no longer supports military.

I purchased a Ryobi garage door opener years ago it performs perfectly to this day.

Boden an employee went above and beyond to help us. Wonderful employee. Made a bad day seem so much better.

NO HELP, Clerk was extremely RUDE for NO apparent reason.

I have tried other stores, but I always come back to Home Depot. The staff are great, the selection is great and I feel good about the whole experience. I think I own one of everything that is for sale in this store. Home projects are fun and Home Depot has been a real partner.

Excellent store! Not too much of a problem with Homeless, they do hang out in the Parking areas. Clean, knowledgeable, easy to Shop. Convienent, close to home!

Even though Home Depot's official website states "How the Low Price Guarantee works for in-store pre-purchases: If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any other retailer, we will match the price," there's no "guarantee" you'll be price matched. Customer service associate will treat you like you're a thief, just for asking about the price match.... Now I regret spending thousands of dollars on this specific location to do my flooring. To make it worse, the difference on this price match was only $30. Yup, thirty dollars. I just called it a day and walked out after paying full price on my tool. Won't be going back.

I had the somewhat unrealistic expectation of loading a vanity and 4’x8’ sheet of drywall into my minivan (that already had two kids in car seats in the middle row. They were patient and understanding and went above and beyond, they got John’s help to cut the board in half and placed it in my car. They were so kind!

Lacey Home Depot has the best team, clean facility and most friendly environment. We often have to visit other Home Depots depending on where our location is at the time and they never feel like "home". We frequent Home Depot #4742 (Lacey) and always feel welcomed and comfortable, even when we are unable to find the right item we need. Staff are knowledgeable about the products sold, know where to find items and offer great suggestions when needed. Staff is always offering help, you never feel unwelcome.

If you know what you are after and have no questions it is a great store. When it comes to the Cashiers just use the pay on your own stations. and it will be an average experience.

This store is my happy place. When I go in, I see a clean setup, cheerful and helpful employees EACH and EVERY single time I enter. The store is well stocked, and the app is kept real time up to date from my experience of what they have on hand and what they do not. The management goes to great lengths engaging with the employees. The only bad thing is something the employees cannot control due to policy which is shoplifters. I do recommend loss prevention get on the game of working to prosecute these predatory shoplifters and put them in jail.

The store is well labeled. Employees have been very helpful on numerous trips, especially when I have had questions about new products or something I wasn’t as familiar with. This has always provided pretty consistent positive experiences.

There are so many products to look at at Lacey Home Depot, it takes me a couple of hours to look at everything.... And that's just the garden area! But what a great 2 hours. Staff is happy to answer questions and offer more than one option for your project. Home Depot generates excitement for current and future projects. Just completing a yard project, turned out great! The store is clean and easy to navigate.

Living on Anderson Island, I have a choice as to which Home Depot store I want to shop, either Tacoma or Lacey. I continually choose the Lacey store because I think they have a better selection of lumber, its clean and well maintained, their employees are always willing to go out of their way to help me, and I always find what I want, which is not true of other stores. It's conveniently located with easy access off Interstate 5.

The sales clerk Michael in flooring was awful and did not know anything about flooring.

The staff I engaged with were helpful and tried to assist me. The new delivery company is another story. They never delivered my product though I received a 4hour window. They never phoned me trying the resolve the issue (the delivery company). I cancelled my entire order and purchased from another store (not Home Depot).
