The store was very clean, floors were polished almost to the point of seeing a reflection! I had trouble reaching a quart of linseed oil that was way in the back. Found some one in the paint department and he got a stick and got it for me. ( Sorry, I didnt get his name ). All in all, a very good experience.

I had the best experience having a kitchen design consultation with the professional staff here (Especially for Ms. Glover an associate who was extremely helpful and dedicated to offering assistance). I was guided through the entire process over a series of appointments that were scheduled according to my available time. The store is very clean, products are easy to find (especially when using the HD app in the store). I got everything I was looking for and a whole lot more.

The Customer Service staff is hands-down the BEST we've had the pleasure of interacting with.

I would typically recommend Home Depot to my friends, but after my most recent experience I don’t think I will. Went to Home Depot for some items I need to finish a few projects around my house, as I have several other times this week/weekend. Tried using my VA card for the military discount and was promptly told by the cashier Sarah, that they don’t accept that card (which they have all my other times stepping foot into the store). To then be told that she wishes they didn’t offer the military discount at all. Talk about a slap in the face! Was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional.

The three statements in the survey sums up my opinion of the Home Depot,Lacey #4742 . At the risk of repeating myself it was a very pleasurable experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. again Thank you Merry Christmas

Would like to have HomeDepots in general honor military discounts on-line. It seems a competitor was able to 'crack the code' on on-line military discounts by registering military Identification numbers.

I’ve been going to Home Depot for years but I encountered some great employees who were sincere and helpful. Maybe it will be different next time but they were excellent this time and had what I needed too!

Knowledgeable and friendly store reps. The store has a wide variety of products for the DIY person. Has the best seasonal flowers and plants for your gardens.

I love this Home Depot! All the workers are kind. Especially Eli and Joshua who were super friendly and helpful! They helped load many heavy stone steps into my vehicle quickly and safely. Thank you for all your hard work!

Bought a wash machine, next day it went on sale. Went in to get price adjustment, had to void/cancel the first one completely. Then was charged 628.00 for a washer that was clearly 598.00 in the store(I confirmed) and online(website) but salesperson said on HER website its 628.00(??) There was such negativity from two other employees that I felt was due to my request for a price adjustment. Times are hard y'all, seriously..show some compassion..Home Depot has none. Also was charged for a rubber hose AND steel hose for washer and I only had rubber hose on original sale...thats a $30 mistake. Not sure how they are gonna fix this, void THAT purchase like the first one as they cannot adjust, they HAVE to VOID said the negative cranky lady who walked me back to get me help and stood there like a drill sergeant. I hope this hose thing gets fixed today without having to be charged for yet another washer and then have like 3 or 5 pending wash machines charges on my credit card and no refunds showing up yet. Another grumpy negative employee let me know (THREE TIMES) that it can TEN days for your refund to show up...(then why does your sales contract say 3-5?)Very very very disappointed...overcharged and lost my faith in home depot

Joshua in the garden section is extremely helpful and friendly! Cant say enough about my great experience with Joshua helping me with fertilizer. Truly an outstanding employee, will return just because of him!

If you need help, be prepared to wait. Customer service at home depot keeps dwindling ever year.

During the pandemic our dishwasher broke. The sterilization of our dishes was very important to our family. We arrived at Home Depot is Lacey and they were letting 75 customers in at a time. It went very fast and I felt the customer control was very safe. They were short staffed due to a lot of employees having to stay home. However, employees were trying to help customers even if it wasn't their expertise. Everyone was friendly and doing the best they could to help everyone.

This Home Depot Store is my favorite store to go to, feels like my whole family works there. Always great experience, great help, great people

I came to the store to buy a new lock for our home. I requested assistance and Marie was sent to help me buy the lock and match the key (re-key) to my current locks. It took her @ 15 minutes to complete the effort and she helped me understand why my old lock failed. Marie was great. It wasn't until after her completion that I found out that she had just clocked-out prior to being sent to help me. She did the whole thing on her own time. Please recognize her is some way for her assistance and professional demeanor. Thanks Again!!!!

The store was well-stocked floor employees are very helpful with questions and finding the parts I needed and the cashier was very pleasant and cheerful

I had a fantastic customer service experience with the cashier Mariya at the Hawkes Prairie HD today. She greeted me with a smile and a bubbly positive attitude and helped me save some money by applying a military discount to my order after viewing my veterans ID. If all people treated people this way the world would be a lot happier place. Thanks Home Depot Lacey and especially Mariya.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The products are usually easy to find. When I can't find something, I always ask an employee. I was always helped pronto. The store is a clean place and the shelves are always stocked.

The Home Depot staff are very friendly. They offer to help and can answer my questions. I just purchased a Bosch dishwasher at this store. David helped me with my purchase. He was efficient and very knowledgeable in helping me choose the right model that I needed and wanted. I am very glad I went here for my purchase.

This store has friendly, helpful associates. I especially was impressed by a new cashier, KELLIN. He was very helpful, had a great attitude and made my checkout experience great. I can just tell when an employee not only likes their job but truly wants to provide great customer service. Kellin is one of those employees!

The inventory is good, the staff is friendly, and the customer service desk is fantastic. This is my home improvement store of choice for the Lacey area, and will be for the foreseeable future.

The store is clean, but seems to be under staffed at times, so many employees at return center(5) having a party, and no one on the floor except lumber area. Cashier was very friendly(Toni) but very busy as there were only 2 of them

I greatly appreciated the kind helpful pointers Greg was able to give me today while I visited the Lacey store. We are in the process of installing a kitchen sink for the first time. He helped us to not only find the products we needed but explained how to use them. He has great knowledge, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I will seek his knowledge on my next visit, for our next step of updating our kitchen.
