My sister wanted a wire 2 shelf unit that was on a shelf WAY over our heads. I stopped a gentleman in an orange apron, who was plainly doing something else, and asked him if he could get us someone to help get the box down so she could purchase it? He sat down whatever he had in his hand, went and found a ladder, and proceeded to get it down for us. He was very kind and friendly. I didn't catch his name, but I am forever grateful for his help. My sister is ecstatic, because the unit was exactly what she had been looking for to put in a cabinet in her kitchen.

Employee helping me to load 12 foot sheets of metal roofing onto my cart was expected, but following me to my truck and helping me load it onto the truck was above and beyond!

THE STORE IS WELL ORGANISED AND THE PEOPLE THERE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL WHEN I HAVE NEEDED IT AND IF THEY COULDN'T HELP THEY FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD. THE STORE HAS ALWAYS HAD THE PRODUCT I NEED FOR THE JOBS I AM DOING (A LOT OF HOME REMODEL) OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE-THOSE SELF SERVE CHECKOUTS WITH THE HAND HELD SCANNERS ARE SURE NICE WHEN YOU'RE IN A HURRY, OR DON'T REALLY WANT TO SOCIALIZE AT ALL

We like shopping at this lacey location because they are friendly and we always get help when we need it. We drive over 30 miles to be able to go there .

Store associates were very helpful in directing me to various departments for the items I was looking to purchase.

David & Lindsay in the appliance department are wonderful. Their knowledge, expertise and willingness to help us select a new washer made our experience quick and effortless!!

I Love this store. Always enjoy the employee's and the service they provide. 1st time in 2 years that I was finally disappointed. Rented a chainsaw and initially, the chain was dull. HD employee replaced it and reset my rental time. New chain cut perfectly but after the first cut, it was barely making cuts and started to smoke. HD employee said it would naturally smoke so I went back home to cut more wood. Unfortunately, it still was cutting slow and started to smoke and burn the small Holly Tree I was cutting down. I was very disappointed and just took the chainsaw back. I didn't want to mess with it anymore. I wish I would've thought of asking for a different chainsaw to try out but I was too disappointed to think of doing such.

Friendly courteous and helpful

This is the worst store I have ever been to. There is never anyone around to help you and if you do happen to find someone; they do not know anything because "this isn't my department". I see employees just walking around without ever asking if they can help. Worse than a lowes!

We have shopped this store quite often have never had any negative impressions. Premises are always clean. We have always found the staff to be available, knowledgeable and helpful . I like that they will not only tell you where to find a specific product they often will escort you to the location and make sure you are getting the correct item fo suit the purpose. When I have had to return items there has never been any difficulty. It is a good place to shop.

Products are fine,our experience wasn't so great. Don't call the store did so 2 times and waited both times 20 minutes customer service was not great there . Shop in large appliances,products were Great! But maybe on commission but sure were not nice.Made me feel that because I wasn't spending 3,000 we not worth their time of day,funny though,we paid 1,030 in cash. Will say delivery folks were quick,efficient.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars because the aisles in a lot of areas were blocked or partially blocked by merchandise. The employees are very friendly and helpful, and finding one was relatively easy. I will shop this store again, I really like the people there.

Excellent place with a lot choices to fill your need.

Employees are very friendly and attentive, but they gave me incorrect information about how to change my carpet choice. I followed that advice and gave my carpet selection to home depot rep who measured for the carpet. He took down all the info from the carpet sample. The order wasn't changed. I discovered the error a week before it was going to be installed and was told that I would have to pay $150 more to get the carpet that I requested. Apparently, the customer is not always right, and even when the employee is wrong, the customer pays for it. Lousy.

Dont go to tool rental, all but one employee (of 4) are new and untrained. Just go to the Tumwater branch for a professional experience.

Home Depot #4742 Lacey has a great staff that is eager to help. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted and treated with dignity and respect. Coming from JBLM there are three stores close by and I choose to go to Lacey even if I am closer to the others.

The paint department does not know how to sell Behr products. Behr is a great paint I been using it sense 1982 and love it. yet the employees to not know what is the best paint to sell you for the correct job

The employees in the paint department do not understand the Behr products they sell nore do they stand behind the product label.

The Lacey Home Depot is a good store. I went there because it was closer to my work. I usually go to the Spanaway one that is closer to my home.

That was a pretty quick-key solution!

The store was clean amd products were easy to find. The associates at the lumber section were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the home depot that you can get help with what ever you need unlike other home improvement stores in the area. the store is always clean, it was easy working with an associate that knew the product and was very friendly.
