I am usually in there a lot and the employees are always helpful

I like to shopping at this location a lot because all of staff are very nice and friendly to help the customer a lot. This store is very good with good employees.

It has been over 20 years since I had to buy kitchen appliances, lots of new features and styles! Was great to know that customer service was still the old fashion way, friendly and easy ! Thank you Dennis, for your time and experience!

I bought a refrigerator at our Lake Wales store. It was handled efficiently with an employee who knew her products. She was friendly and made us feel like we were welcome customers. I would highly recommend this store!

The employees at this location go above and beyond! They are always so friendly and willing to help. We shop home depot often and in many different areas. This particular store is by far our favorite thanks to the wonderful employees working there!!

Annie and the gentleman in Building supplies were fantastic in helping me get what I needed ,fencing ,post concrete ,block and some garden supplies.

No one likes having their washer play out right before Christmas, but ours did. Home Depot had the appliance we wanted and could deliver it within a few days. Don’t have it yet as I write this, but expect to on the 14th as agreed. Shayla helped us get through the process efficiently and lifted our spirits as well.

I BOUGHT THIS WEEK AND EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE WERE EXCELLENT. THE PRODUCTS BUT THE MOST WAS THE BEAUTIFUL GREAT SERVICE. WAO COURTESY, EFFICIENCY, SAFETY. I FELT LIKE IN DISNEY WORLD FOR ME IS LOVE . I MEAN MORE THAN A BUSINESS HOME DEPOT IS A GREAT FAMILY. 👍

The checkout people when you enter are very good at giving directions to where to find anything and also very helpful at checkout

I WENT IN TRYING TO FIND A MICROWAVE NOT KNOWING THAT THERE WERE DIFFREENT TYPES FOR AN OVER THE RANGE. MR. DENNIS WAS AWESOME HE EXPLAIND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM AND LET ME TAKE MY TIME TO DECIDE WHICH ONE I LIKED AND I DEFFINATELY LOOKED AT A FEW THAT WERE THERE AND ONLINE. THANKS MR. I go out of my way to come to this Home Depot cause not only do they have a great stock of items, but their customer service is excellent

Hot water installation team was amazing! Friendly professional I couldn’t ask for a better experience and getting my hot water heater replaced

Entered the store to secure several items. The staff was courteous and quick to help me find those items

We went to Home Depot in Lake Wales, and it was the best shopping experience ever. A lady named Annie helped us and went the extra mile to find what we needed even though there were none of the item we needed on the shelf. She even offered to find us in the store when she located what we needed so we could continue shopping and not waste any of our valuable time. Thank you. You need to hire more people like Annie.

Every time we go to the Lake Wales store the employees are The Best!!! It doesn’t matter which department we needed help, they are always EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful!! Even the manager, last year during hurricane season managing the line that started at 6am waiting for the final truck to bring generators just as they closed the doors!! We have yet to ever walk in and fi d them out of stock of anything we need and we are usually there every weekend!!

This store usually has what I need and the staff is so helpful.
