Lake Wales Home Depot store is a great place to shop and check out deals. Always a friendly staff and the shelves are full with products you need. Store navigation is simple, if you can't find it - just ask! The store is conveniently located on Hwy 27 about 4 miles from where we live in Winter Haven. Easy to checkout - either with an employee or with the self checkout aisles. Go shopping!

Carlos went above and beyond the customer service experience. We were having issues with the pricing of flooring and he fixed it. He did everything in his power to make sure we left happy customers. Jenny was amazing. You can tell she loves her job. She helped assist with getting the flooring into our vehicle. She was sweet and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this Home Depot for business. They are very customer friendly and professional. Thank you Carlos and Jenny!!!!

I had the best experience shopping at the Lake Wales Home Depot store, while purchasing a new washer and dryer. The sales clerk took all the time I needed to inquire about my purchase without making Making me feel as if I were an inconvenience!

My fiancé and I drove about 1 hour to get to this Home Depot and we drove there because we knew we would receive ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Service. Susan helped us find the appliance department and Eunice helped make our order what we wanted. We had to make some changes to what we originally wanted but it all worked out in the end. Susan and Eunice rocked it!!

Eunice in the appliance department was wonderful and ensured our shopping experience went smoothly. Susan, the manager, was patient and went above and beyond to assist us with our purchase.

I have visited this on several occasions since moving to Florida. Today’s visit 4/24/21 was probably the best so far. Although I mostly found what I was looking for the stock was very limited. I took my items to the open register and was greeted by the friendliest cashier since I first visited this location, her name was Jenelyn. She was very helpful and did a great job explaining how I could get 25 % off if I applied for a Home Depot card. She also recognized that I am a veteran, as for my ID ad thanked me for my service. She took of me very quickly and efficiently. Home Depot needs more employees like Jenelyn.

GOOD CLEAN STORE, WELL SUPPLIED WELL ORGANIZED

We were very pleased with our shopping experience at this store, especially with the helpfulness of the Home Depot staff. In particular, Harry, went above our expectations to assist us with getting what we needed for our project.

The Lake Wales Home Depot has been helping me get my home repair and maintenance projects done for the past 3 years. Their sales associates are always helpful.

No one shows any interest on helping us to understand, solve or find a solution to full fill our needs. They prefer to lost a sale and a loyal customer than been useful. We crossed with at least 9 employees in a 15 mins window time and only ONE young man said Hi! A real shame to this store, I rated with 2 stars just because of that young man who really shows interest on help! Couldn’t catch his name. Buy online and pick it up at this store it is the worst decision you could make ever! Credit line closed by the end of this month and Do not ask me anything about The Home Depot again!

Looking for a specific tile??? Guy called Matt at Flooring Department have a lot of knowledge when you need a specific tile, he is the man that you need for a specific quote from tile vendor companies

We are snowbirds from Janesville, Wisconsin and we enjoy shopping at the Lake Wales store when we are down here. Everyone is so friendly and the store is so neat and clean! We could really use the gift card because when we get back home we plan on buying a new refrigerator and dishwasher! Thank you!
