This store is clean, organized and well stocked. A gentleman in the garden department saw I needed a cart, and brought one over to me. Our cashier, Marvel had the biggest smile on her face the whole time she helped us. The two employees we came in contact with seemed to really liked their job, which is a rare now a days.

If your looking to buy an appliance the lake wales store is the one to go to. Dennis Croom was the most helpful knowledgeable employee I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thanks.

I bought a $519.00 hot water and had to pay $1049.00 to have it delivered and installed plus parts and permit.

This visit was SPECTACULAR!!!! You have some AWESOME employees at the Lake Wales store. Jane, Margie, Patricia, and the young gentleman that was assisting with the loading of the toolbox. These folks were OUTSTANDING and are what makes me brag about your store to others! Whoever is hiring and training these folks is doing a fabulous job! They were all so very helpful. They made me feel as if I was the most important person in the store. Keep up the good work! They are why we continue to travel from our local location to shop at this location.

I bought everything I need to renovate my house

Had help from Carlos and he was very pleasant and very helpful with our order.. He lifted heavy stone into our vehicle in very hot 90 degree weather .. the employees at this store are always willing to help

The Lake Wales Store has an excellent manager named Scott who will go above and beyond to find you the product you need including accessories. He is hilarious and personally walks you to each item you are looking for instead of telling you an aisle and leaving you on your own.

Two different employees helped me find items I needed. Both were friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

I had to check out at the self serve check out kiosk. The unit malfunctioned and although there were associates nearby, it seems their conversation between them was way more important than assisting customers. Then when one of the associates FINALLY came over to assist, they were very rude and acted as though I was 'bothering' them.

From the time I entered until I left, I was greeted by every employee. They all were kind.

Apparently when you purchase a package of decking materials, you don't get the military discount. I asked staff on 3 separate interactions if it would apply, and was told "yes" each time. At checkout with over $1,000 charges, they say "no discount on certain purchases." Thanks Home Depot

Hands down we received the best customer service we have ever received at the this Home Depot. Then to prove to us it wasn’t a fluke I returned the next day to exchange the damaged toolbox we purchased the day prior and we were met with the same exceptional service. Perfect product for our needs

I go there for all my home purchases, light bulbs, bounty, mailbox letters, nails, machinery, grills, etc...

Employees throughout the whole store were very easy to find and very willing to offer assistance. We stopped an employee to ask about bird feeders and he stopped what he was doing to take us to the part of the outside nursery section where they had the feeders. He was very friendly and happy to help.

Bought a refrigerator today and Dennis C. was extremely helpful. He listened to my needs and recommended a fine product. I will be back soon to purchase more appliances..

Thank you John for greeting me when I walked into the store. Because of your product knowledge, I was able to get everything on my list. Christian in the garden area, you too were also very helpful and knowledgeable, hence my choice of flower as a Christmas gift for my mom. Finally, Kellie at the checkout counter, thank you for being so prompt and helpful with getting me checked you. After getting home, I got to work and I am a happy customer.

After looking for over a month I found this toolbox and it was a great deal. 10 drawers. 6 power outlets and 2 USB ports. Wood top. Great space. Easy closing. Perfect.

This store has everything I need and easy to find

Every associate that I passed said hello to me. And I love that they support military!

The Microwave oven of my choice when worker checked in back was out of stock. She brought my second choice to the front I made the purchase. Paid for installation and was satisfied with the installers’ efficiency and timeliness in completing the job.

I brought in an EGO mower to be repaired and was told to leave battery on 8/4/21. The mower had to be sent out to their repair center in Georgia. Mower was repaired. I called to check on status. They told me that it had been received in the Lake Wales store 2 days prior. (They did not call to inform me that it was ready in the local store.) I went to pick it up and my battery was not with it. They called the repair center in Georgia who said they would send out another battery. After numerous calls, some answered that the battery was still enroute. Last week, I was told that they are unable to find a tracking # but do see where it was noted that they owe me a battery. Today's call, I was told that they were reaching out to the "Escalation Team". I've been a long time customer of Home Depot and have always had pleasant interactions with them. After this fiasco, I may have to take my business elsewhere.

Mr. Croom made the appliance shopping experience fast, and extremely easy. Go see him at the Lake Wales store. You won't be sorry! He's great and finding exactly what you need to meet your needs!

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about their dept. Products. Store is always well stocked clean and organized. Its kind of like Publix in the sense of "where shopping is a pleasure."

Employees are friendly and helpful. They go beyond what you normal get at a box store. You feel like you're shopping at a little home town mom and pop hardware store.

The staff specifically Carmen and Eunice were excellent in caring for customer needs and very patient.

The store is always tidy, the employees always helpful, and typically everything I need is in stock. The only exception was during the height of the pandemic and now hurricane season! But we Floridians know hurricane season, we had better be prepared in advance!

This store always has the most positive, friendly, and helpful employees. When we remodeled the kitchen, we went to them for design ideas and cabinets and it turned out absolutely perfect.
