Store was neat and clean and shelves were well stocked. We received assistance right away in the cabinet section. Associate Gail was very friendly and very helpful when designing our kitchen cupboards. Love our Home Depot store, thank you for being there for us!!

We shop at the Lake Wales Home Depot because we know Dennis Croom is there to help us with any appliance questions we may have.

Excellent service! I wanted to check their prices and Lowe’s prices. I checked the prices at Home Depot had three sweet little girls waiting on me couldn’t have been more happy with them. I left went down the road to Lowe’s I waited over 35 minutes couldn’t get anyone to help me so as I left I told one of the dozen or more people standing up front. (since you don’t wanna wait on anyone around here I’m going down to Home Depot to buy my refrigerator) and I did just that. I am no longer going to be a Lowe’s shopper since they don’t have anybody to wait on you I am now a Home Depot shopper.

WE BOUGHT A NEW WASHER AND DRYER SET. THE SALES MAN DENNIS WAS AN AWESOME EMPLOYEE AND KNEW APPLIANCES AND EASY TO DEAL WITH. EVERY TIME I COME HERE NO PROBLEMS AND STAFF IS FRIENDLY TO DEAL WITH.

Well I must say I do have other stores that I like to go and shop, but when it comes to my home needs, I strongly count on home depot to meet my home needs, until now home depot has not let me down. Than you H/D for being there for me.

Great shopping experience! The store was clean and neat. I felt very comfortable shopping there. I could not find what I was looking for, Josh Home Depot associate took me to the product and asked if he could load the product for me and he did!! This Home Depot store has the best associates, I really appreciate how they took care of me today! Cashier Patricia was just as pleasant!

The store was very clean, we found everything we needed except or a wood hauling cart to purchase plywood. We had a wonderful shopping experience with Greg from the lumber department, who actually went out in the parking lot to find a wood hauling cart! Associates were very friendly. Love this Home Depot store, this store is very clean and associates are very friendly. Due to COVID, the stores shelves were not stocked as well, and we completely understand this. We found most of what we went shopping for. Love this store!!

I've been shopping at this particular location for 6 years because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff

On 9/17/20 I went in to buy fiberboard. Two young men Andy and Javier were very nice and polite to me and other customers told us the aisle was temporarily closed. A Few minutes later one of them concerned about our wait apologetically came up to us again and explained why the aisle was close and what they were doing and promise to open as soon as possible. When they reopened the aisle again they both offer to help with anything we needed. Thanks Andy and Javier you guys made a difference.

The store is clean and Covid -19 guidance seen to be follow, just a few careless customers without any protection wondering the aisle without any interference from associates. I experience only one associate that refer us as 'those people" in the area of "kitchen, refrigerators" instead of the more professional language of customers. She was referring for someone to help us, I almost walk out but a wise woman (my wife) hold me to continue. That ruined a positive review, I found the microwave, but not in stock and I have to "order" at an additional cost of $59.00 for delivery. I asked for a store pickup and that was not available. Other than pleasantries the order was done uneventful.
