I had excellent experience at LATHAM, NY Home Depot, i had good experience starting from selecting granite counter top and design. The design coordinator is very helpful and had provided 10/10 rating customer satisfaction. I went to Magic Kitchen granite store at first and i got better customer service at Home Depot, so I recommend Home Depot to my neighbors and friends.

Store manager Jeannie goes above and beyond to help customers. I had a great experience thanks to her!

I’m in the latham Home Depot at least twice a week , sometimes more . I know a lot of the associates by name and they know me too. The store is alway super clean and neat and I know where just about everything is . My first choice is always The Depot

I purchased a Rigid 16 gallon shop vac from the Home Depot shortly before Christmas, I paid with cash. While using it one day it just shut off. I understood the 90 return policy and was far outside of it. I called Rigid, they wanted me to disconnect the on / off switch, test it and then pull the motor out to look for a " fuse". Hey I can fix stuff but taking the motor out of a vacuum is not in my skill set. I talked to people at two other home depot stores about my problem. Not much help. I had no receipt. I went to Latham to see Craig as a last resort. Craig is very personable, customer service savy and knows you when you walk in the door. When I arrived Craig had just left but Jeannie helped me. I explained her situation, she told me not to worry the Home Depot stands behind it's products and it's customers. Jeannie then exchanged this vacuum for it's equivalent. This amazed me and all I can say is that not only is Craig an amazing manager but his staff is amazing too. Thank you for your help today Jeannie.

I don't always have great luck finding assistance at home improvement stores, but my last trip to the Home Depot checked all the boxes. I was looking for a particular item and the first person said they must not have it, but then he asked another worker who knew right where it was. When I went to check out the discount being offered on item was not coming up. That was when Jeannie (and Joe who wa in training) came to my assistance. They spent at least 10 minutes working on the issue and made sure I got the advertised discount. That is what customer service looks like.

Three separate employees interacted with me in a cheerful, helpful manner. One voluntarily went way out of his way to assist me. I was impressed by the positive attitude which tells me a lot about the leadership at this store.

All whom work the Pro desk in this store have become good friends over the years shopping at this store very helpful at all times the two ladies and one gentleman are the best as well as many more

All associates were very helpful during my 2 visits to the Latham store during the Memorial day weekend. To name a few Von, Levi, Jeannie and Thaljuanal offered immediate, friendly and professional service.

products tat we were looking for were real easy to find.Had to have a employee get a item off the top shelf for me and he did without any problem.

The store is located very conveniently to my home. For all the years that I have been shopping there the customer service and product knowledge is second to none. My shopping experience on Monday March 2nd 2020 was very pleasurable. My cashier JEANNIE was very friendly and professional. I walked ouMt of the store very satisfied with my shopping experience.

This store is about 20 mins from me. The store is always clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help you without making you feel like your bothering them or that they are to busy to help. I have bought life proof flooring, paint and I just bought a washer from them and all of my interactions with this store and its employees have been very positive.
