I love this store. The employees don't run away from you when you approach them for help. They actually approach YOU to see if you are finding everything you're looking for. The merchandise is always located exactly where homedepot.com tells you it will be. Shopping here is always a good experience.

The person at customer service was one of the rudest person I have ever come across in life. The store manager needs to emphasize courtesy and more customer service training towards elders of different color.

I can get in and out very quickly...no wasting time... Great prices, especially on sale items... Mario, (the cashier in the outdoor garden area), is always very friendly and helpful. I often overhear him checking with other customers to see if they are entitled to any discounts...and that, is a great thing to do...especially for the older Veterans that shop at this store. Mario is just a very kind person and does a great job expediting my checkout.

The staff is very helpful.. Store is very clean and I am always able to find what I need.

What they did to me was horrible.

I stopped at the store before work to quickly purchase decorative pillows I saw online, according to the website there were 7 in stock. I looked everywhere in the store and couldn't find the item. Long story short, Taylor, Joe, James and John completely wowed me! It was a team effort and it was nice to see them go above and beyond so early in the morning to help me find my item that was stocked up high on the shelf still in a shipping box. Without hesitation, Joe got up on the lift and dug through the box to find the decorative doodle pillows that I wanted so badly. I was beyond happy that they helped me the way that they did and I love my new doodle America the Beautiful pillows!

This is to give a feedback to one of your associate in Lumber and building material dept, his name is "WAYNE" which we took help with him on 04/27/2019. WAYNE is an awesome, friendly, excellent worker. WAYNE guided us excellently on our mini project of making weighing machine. On that day even though he was alone in that department, he excellently helped us . He suggested us which is better one to go with. Just the best store! A toy land for adults. My hubby and I just have so much fun and Get great home improvement ideas. We even go there sometimes on date night jyst to walk the Isles! We always have a blast!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Patrick, the cashier was very pleasant and helpful. I love that Home Depot hires Veterans and gives them recognition vests.

Went to this store today and was just about to leave without the part I needed. Then I asked an associate if they had what I was looking for and he took me to exactly what I needed. I was on my 5 minutes later. Good job.

Wonderful employees, extensive choices

Easier access to products on the shelves would be nice. Some products are so far back, you need a hook to retrieve them. Also, display cases are usually in the way and can’t be moved. I had to climb up on the shelving to retrieve product that was too far back. Had a hard time finding help. Did it on my own.

Latham Home Depot employees have a wealth of knowledge in their areas of expertise, very helpful staff and great at follow-up.

The Latham Home Depot is organized, staffed appropriately. They have knowledgeable staff in each area isle which is important to me. Shelves are stocked and orderly. I especially appreciate that they thank Veterans for their service.
