Shopping for our new flooring was made simple and easy!

Very friendly and attenuative, young staff. This is a clean store and easy to get to.

We were looking for carpet and had no idea what we needed or how much….Tresa Orr helped us with exactly what we needed and went above and beyond with our estimate and times for installation!

Theresa, in Millwork, was very helpful. She greeted me with a smile and walked me to the item I needed. She was authentic and engaged.

I spent $3,898.08 for this this order to fix our basement. We bought all the materials to build our house from Home Depot but this time, it was ABSOLUTELY a NIGHTMARE. Carlos from the Pro Account was unprofessional, he just walked around lost. Steve Bittel Pro Department Supervisor, was friendly but when the order was messed up he didn't try to fix it, he just give us one lie after another. I needed my basement to be done but they messed up the order and delivery, we have to wait for them to come pick up the wrong materials, and every time we called the store Steve will say it will be delivered the next day or so, and nothing happened, and finally they admit they messed up the order and need to be redo. We waited for almost 2 weeks for them to pick up the wrong materials, and in between that time, I keep calling to get my order corrected, and then spoke with a guy name Robert he said he is one of the managers and promised he will get it fixed and nothing was fixed, he said he will call me the next day, never heard from him, but a guy name Mitch called and said it will be delivered the next day, and that did not happen either. I contacted their corporate office and finally a really nice and professional manager call named Jordyn and she help with the order. I still haven't yet received anything but at least they pick up the wrong materials. My husband is in treatment and I told them to call me I didn't want them to add stress to my husband but they will not at all listen and keep calling him until Jordyn stepped in. Every time I talked to them they don't even try to compensate or anything they just tell me it will be fixed and delivered the next day and I will be contacted, but nothing. Only to find out that Steve & Carlos absolutely have no idea what was going on with the order, it was horrible. When their delivery people delivered one of my doors, they put it on my flowers on my flower bed. I feel discriminated and lied upon constantly, it was not at all an experience I ever want to go thru again. VERY SAD!!

The store manager, Andrew, was very helpful, knowledgeable and even saved us money!!! On top of that he gifted our 2 young kids a work apron with some little tools. Our experience was excellent and we are very happy to come back. Great customer service isn’t very common anymore so we appreciated it! You can tell Andrew enjoys his work!

When buying some wood was assisted by another customer in finding the correct size and 'useful hints' on How to apply the material in a way i did mot think of, When selecting some grass and fertilizer ' Joe, Josh or John ' assisted e in finding the type I wanted ' not TOO expensive' ( not the easiest thing to find help in these storrs, However last a couple of Visits👍 Then when 'checking out' Vera ( cashier) allowed me to take a piece of wood to car so i knew it would fit inside

We purchased a new kitchen light fixture. The price was right, the fixture is perfect and Jason provided great customer service. We have purchased many items from this store and keep returning because they are the best!

Look, I get that retail theft is a thing. Dropped my daughter off at work and then hopped over to Home Depot for half a dozen sand tubes. Was in the store for all of 5 minutes, I'd looked up online for the location to keep it quick. Rolled up my cart with my six 60lb sandbags, checked out at pro services cause the lady offered to ring me up. Moved towards the door and my cart stopped moving. I thought it had broken. The lady from the register came up and said they'd locked my cart, she didn't know why. I turned around, looked up and saw the camera, pointed at it, and said some jackwagon just pushed a button. The genius thought I'd hidden goods under 360lbs of sand I guess? Had to unload the cart to a palette for everyone's entertainment. Left irritated, insulted, and will definitely be buying my new fridge elsewhere. Good job guys, just drove off a regular with bad customer service.

Every time I've been here I've found what I needed. Can't complain, God is great, capitalism is good, and Home Depot in Liberty wins out against the competition.

I carried in a used light bulb to make sure that I purchased the right one. When I went to the self checkout I asked the cashier if she could throw the used one away for me. She told me she couldn't throw anything away. The look on my face when I asked her "you can't throw anything away?" and she said yes. I was dumbfounded!! I was irritated and she knew it. I proceeded to checkout and she then came up and tried to grab the bad bulb and I did not let her take it. I told her that it's obviously against company policy for her to throw anything away and that I would do it myself. I was about ready to leave and she came back up to me and advised me there is a recycle bin I could throw the bulb in. Why in the world didn't she just tell me that at the very beginning of this fiasco OR offer to put it in there for me (which would have been great customer service). Do not insult my intelligence by saying you can't throw anything away! Come on, seriously?

My trip to home depot was a sight seeing tour, we walked in the jungle of big tool boxes, but i wasn't in fear, i had picked out a set to bring home before i went. They guides had to climb a big hill to get them down, one came to me but the other had gotten loose, we sent them back for the other one. Now i had 1/2 and 2/2 into the truck for the trip home, off the truck on a slab of wood like a ramp. We ( me and the tool boxes) spent the next 2 days getting to know each other. Now i can find my tool. My last tool box was overloaded and i had other tools all over the place. Yes a man with a big tool box can get work done faster. No more digging in 5 places to find this or that. Now i hope santa brings me some tool caddies. My sockets just roll around the draw aimless no place to park. This is a great tool box holds a lot of stuff in the same place i had cardboard boxes of tools looking for a home. Still not done with it yet but ill add organization as we go i have the room now. Last tool box 22" craftsmen plastic box about 18 years old packed full. And a large concrete mixing tub also 3 or 4 cardboard boxes. Honestly i could use 2 of these. I have a lot of tools. Automobile, welding , and woodworking as well as remodeling.

Our cashier (Verna I believe) was so nice and patient with us. We needed help loading supplies, so Ethan and Vincent helped us load a ton of stones. They were so nice and we greatly appreciated everyone’s service and kindness!

I bought a weed trimmer and battery online. The battery was faulty. Everyone at the Liberty Home Depot was very friendly, especially Mitch, and didn’t quit until they found a solution to my problem! Thank you

This store is my go-to for home improvement. I have bought several appliances here and had great experiences. Today, though, they have earned a customer for life. I had had my normal great shopping experience with them. I was on my way home when something happened that really sucked, and my faith in humanity was a bit shaken. I returned to the store, visibly upset, and was met with kindness and empathy. The customer service representative and her manager took care of me above and beyond my expectations. They made right a wrong that was some one else's. They supported my faith in the good of people. They were truly my angels today.

We purchased several Ryobi cordless products and batteries today. Our cashier was very helpful in clarifying which product(s) accompanied special pricing. Thank you very much!
