I was looking for a new dishwasher and Steve Evans was very helpful in showing features and answering questions. He took time with us and even did some comparison shopping online to check prices. We bought from Home Depot and awaiting instalation.

Stopped in to check out mowers and decided to ask for advice after struggling with which mower to consider. Andrew Ormond spent nearly an hour educating me on all the different kinds of mowers and functionality each provided. I learned so much! Thanks to his patience and knowledge I am confident I purchased the perfect mower for me.

14-2 NM W/G is kept behind lock & key. I waited 10 minutes for an associate to assist, and then they had to escort me to the register with $21.55 worth of wire. Treated like a common criminal. Went to Lowe’s, and all of their wire was readily accessible.

This morning, I had a wonderful experience at the Liberty Home Depot. I had looked up an item online to find the Aisle and Bay number so I could go straight to the item in the store. However, once I actually got to the store, I could not find the item in the Aisle and Bay listed on the website. I found a Store Employee who looked up the item and walked me over to the correct Aisle and Bay to make sure I found it. He was incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful, as were the other employees who all wished me a good day and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. Thank you for making my morning!

Every time I come to this store, ALL of the employees are friendly and eager to assist you. Very professional.

seems that they need to have a training meeting on the company's policies. All the Staff are great they just don't seem to have a common knowledge of their own policies. they did make it right in the end

In so many stores it is almost impossible to find anyone to answer a question. Jeff in plumbing was available and spent a great deal of time listening and then asking questions. He then directed me to the correct repair part and explained how to apply it.

I generally don't write reviews but after today's experience in the paint department with Alex 2 I had to share my story about how helpful she was in finding me paint that I was needing. I explained to her what my project was and what I was needing. She explained to me at the different types of pains that they had and was able to assist me on getting the perfect paint. If I had a vote, I would vote Alex 2 for employee of the year!

Andrew at liberty Home depot is amazing! Customer service was top notch. He treated my mom and i like family. I have never been more impressed with an employee of any store than i was today. He went above and beyond any job description. Andrew you are so much more than an employee, you are a gift from God!

Your outdoor Plants are much better than most local nurseries.

Tresa Orr Flooring Specialists exceptional . Very knowledgeable of products. Patient and professional with-good listening skills. Your measuring department staff need work and needs to identify floor level difference with different products butting up against each other. No one like surprises or add ons after quote when installer goes out. Better training need. Dissatisfied customer to add 1,200 after floor is ordered and paid for. Store manager took no responsibility . Spending $$20,000 in your store is a-lot of money with no discount.

I recently went to my local Home Depot to purchase a patio set. I found the set but could find nobody to help me so I finally went to the closed orange vests in the paint department. The ladies there, Fran and Alex-2, were absolutely responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to help me purchase the set. I ended up buying the floor model and they packed up the cushions and helped me carry the frame to my truck. They were awesome!!

We went into home depot expecting to buy a new kitchen sink since our handle broke. But Ken offered to help and provided a good solution to get us working until we can buy the parts to replace.

Alayna was by far the best employee I have ever met!!! I am in Home Depot‘s throughout the city daily and not one of them have even come close to her. Again she is a I CAN employee instead of a I CAN’T employee!!!

With the high prices of lumber, I was debating on which sub-floor to choose for my attic project. The Home Depot staff listened to my ideas and ultimately guided me to the right sub-floor. This is my go-to lumber department/store.
