We had to come find a new shower. It was a rough start. We headed to the customer service desk. I was very upset. An employee named Evan F greeted us. He immediately realized the frustration I was having. He took over and was very helpful. Excellent customer service!!

Went in to get paint samples and screen door replacement parts for our new home. Got our paint samples and the parts. No problems.

Brooke helped me in customer service with great knowledge and expertise! She was friendly and the greeter was also singing Christmas Carols when I came in. Outstanding store! I would go out of my way to shop at this location any day!

If anyone is looking for a great person that can help with appliances ask for Steve. he can help and answer all your questions.

Sabra in customer service and Jeff Klepper in plumbing are great! Adam and Eric assistant store managers very friendly and will do all they can to assist you !

In a world that is short staffed, this Home Depot team went above and beyond to help me get flooring and install set up for my house. Highly recommend!

If you can find the right employee they are wonderful and helpful. Some others send you on a wild goods chase and act annoyed when asked for assistance.

I have 3 Home Depots within 15 minutes of my home the Liberty location is my go to store the associates are always friendly and very helpful. the store is always well stocked and very clean from the time I arrive to the time I leave they are there to help me. No other store in our city can give me service like Home Depot

Store has no helpful employees and only has self checkouts opened and when you have a problem checking out they don’t care!!!

This store is closest to our house so we shop here often. Always a good experience and friendly employees.

TRESA, CHRIS. AND ROBIN IN THE WINDOW COVERING SECTION ARE AWESOME. I HAD GONE TO OTHER VENDORS FOR BLINDS/WINDOW COVERINGS AND WAS SHOCKED AT PRICES AND THE ATTITUDES OF THE OTHER STORES- TRESA, CHRIS & ROBIN ARE SUPER FRIENDLY, EAGER TO HELP AND PLEASANT TO INTERACT WITH. MADE THE PURCHASE MUCH EASIER THAN ANTICIPATED. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IT IS APPRECIATED.

No associates work the floor. If you find some to help you, they usually say “Have you tried googling it”. Cashiers are lazy, not friendly, and eat while trying to assist. I’d rather go to A competitor.

I like the store. Your survey as for my phone number. I’ve been getting hammered by Robo dials and Scams. I don’t think many people like giving out their numbers. And not sure it HomeDepot sells that information.

We went in to buy a washer. Our sales lady Kathy, was so helpful, an very knowledgeable about what we where looking for. It was not in stock, but she assisted us on getting it ordered an delivery set up. Very pleasant experience in this store.
